Purchased a five-year-old Subaru Forester here, which was a car they received on a trade-in. It was an excellent and easy experience overall. Andrew, the salesperson, was easy to work with and it was not a stressful or pressured purchase. He had answers to all my questions or would ask to find out the answers, and he was easy to keep in touch with throughout the process. The purchase itself was easy and finished in less than one hour with George, who made all the paperwork accessible and easy to understand. I did not have financing from the dealer so I cannot comment on that aspect, and I have not had any service done there, but from a purchaser's perspective this is a fine dealership.

I went to get a car with my gf, my 17 month old daughter, & others. We were initially there for a 2023 Kia that we inquired about the day before and supposedly it was available. When we got there the car was sold although Ouffa the person who contacted us said they had it. Anywho she proceeded to show us a 2024 kia sportage & we agreed that we were ok with it. After hours of back and forth we were then told we couldn’t lease the car. The reason being was my dad was going to co-sign and due to us living in different states that’s not allowed. We didn’t know this but Carlos Trinidade came out to yell at us that we couldn’t lease and walked off. Didn’t give us the option of finance. That’s when Jorge came out and gave us the option to finance. By this time it’s 3:30pm. We signed the papers needed to finance the car and since being there all day decided to eat. We’re told by ouffa to go outside by the time we arrive everything should have been approved & we’re good to go. Not the case though we come back & we’re told we would have to come tomorrow. We were confused and told that the bank hadn’t process the loan. When we spoke to Jorge the problem was he NEVER put in the information into the system. My girlfriend very pissed asks him how is it possible we’ve been there all day & nothing has been done, his excuse was I had other things to do. Fast forward to the next day we go to get the car which btw wasn’t ready until 3pm & we didn’t walk out until 5pm after all the final signing. We finally got our car, but the madness wasn’t done. We receive our car with no spare key. Supposedly it was left in the service area and they were already closed. Ouffa tells us to come back tomorrow to get it, a week passes and no call. We finally call and ask about the key and they still don’t have it! Ouffa is saying it’s misplaced they have to look for it. After my gf yells at her she calls back that they magically found the keys. We go pick it up & finally the nightmare was over. Oh and not to mention Ouffa gave us some survey papers to lie about our experience with them! Will NEVER COME HERE AGAIN! Go elsewhere for your car purchases.

I want to give a big thank you to my sales lady wafa she’s been there for me since day one when I couldn’t get out of one of my vehicles that I was in from another dealer she got me in my first car from Kia and went back again for my second and will continue to go back. She’s a wonderful, respectful, amazing person. She gets the job done. Can’t ask for a better sales lady than her I would recommend for you to ask for her to get in your new vehicle. Good luck.?

Executive Kia gave me one of the easiest car buying experiences I've had. While they didn't have the car I wanted in stock (not a dealer problem but a Kia problem...), I was able to test drive a similar model, put down a deposit and be on my way quickly with a good trade in for my current vehicle.Eli kept in good contact with me and answered all my questions and really made the process pretty seamless. On the day of pickup, I was at the dealership for about an hour. No playing the waiting game which I was very happy about.Thank you Eli and Executive!

Initially they get you in with a bunch of lies. The service was at the least disturbing. Everyone says they are trying to help you when in reality they just do what is beneficial to them. I went in pre-approved with a 35k loan from Bank of America at a 9% interest rate. That wasn’t enough for the car I wanted so they said they could get me into the car I wanted. Ran my credit 7 times to get me a 35k loan with a 12.99% interest rate. & when questioned about it they gave me a complete run around. My car was a demo car inside on the show room floor so it was soiled in the interior. On pick up day I was blind sided because it was a dark rainy day and I had been told all the spots were cleaned out. Only to find the next day my seats were still soiled in the initial areas I had pointed out. I took all the abuse and carried on. My car was new but had 5k miles on it at the time of purchase because the “managers” were driving it etc etc. Upon driving off the lot my car dash kept saying I need service in 600 miles etc and so I called in asking why did they not service my car before I picked it up. The manager Joe said my car was serviced but the message just was not reset. I went to change my oil yesterday 10/2/2023 and when I asked the technician how my oil looked they said it was black. It looked like 6k miles worth of driving. Which again is another lie from the manager Joe. I am in dismay sometimes when I think about the level of prejudice and racism I faced at Executive Kia. I think the swindled me into my purchase just because they wanted to get rid of my car so bad. I love the car it is just the principles of the situation and the level of discrimination I faced at this location.

This car dealership is the best dealership I went to. I was very impressed by their sales wafa. She helped me a lot from ordering the car to picking up the car. She patiently answered all my questions during the waiting period. When I arrived, I was notified in a timely manner, and all the itineraries were completed in less than an hour when I picked up the car. Moreover, KIA’s car changes amazed me. It is much better than Toyota and Honda in terms of appearance, interior, and configuration. The materials and workmanship of the car are also very good. Now KIA has become very common on the road. I also bought KIA. The first Korean car, I like it very much and it is worth recommending. I recommend friends who want to buy a Korean car to come to this dealer. I will not regret it.

Gone a couple times now. First time they had me waiting 3 hours after saying 90 minutes. This time I went, was told they gave me a complimentary vacuum, they did not. Sitting in the waiting room, hearing the employees arguing with each other, with raised voices. Then hearing another couple complain about a customer that didn't understand why there it was $4000 to break the lease, but at another kids dealership it was $400. The service guy was very friendly though. I will keep going for now as it is convenient a far as distance. As a manager of a business myself in customer service, I do my best to make sure we are professional around customers and we deliver on what we say. I do understand things happen, but it was uncomfortable for myself and I could tell it was uncomfortable for the others two with the staff arguing.

10/10- I can rarely say I’ve ever been able to give an auto-body shop a 5 star review, but Carl, Rick & their whole team truly deserve all the praise & then some!*Apologies in advance for the long review*My Kia was one of the thousands that got stolen, plus it had 5 recalls on it. After the absolute NIGHTMARE I went through at Crowley Kia in Bristol (not only did they let me leave w/ the recalled brake lines in the attached picture, the service manager Scott told me “I don’t care what you do, it doesn’t effect me,” & refused to discuss the safety of my life in a vehicle he had just serviced. Please save your brain cells & don’t interact with that tub of lard, waste of oxygen man)I went to Executive Kia in Wallingford immediately after because something still didn’t seem right with my car. Right from the beginning their transparency, kindness, patience & genuine empathy for my situation was so evident. The horror story situation of my car had been going on for almost 2 months at this point so my emotions & mind were just all over the place. They really took their time to work with me, hear me out, explain all my options, show me exactly what they were doing & why. Very refreshing to feel so comfortable in an auto body shop- especially as a young woman. Can’t thank them or recommend them enough!

Called around to Kia dealers all over New England and found the Sportage Hybrid EX available with a short one week wait for delivery at Executive Kia.Ouafaa Kouhaila responded promptly and answered all my questions and had the car ready for me in the time frame she promised. And no add on dealer premiums, just a no nonsense price with no pressure. Worth driving out of state to get what we wanted, when we wanted it. Ouafaa (Wafa) took the time to go over the car's features with us and sent us on our way in no time with a full tank of gas! Thanks Wafa - you're the best.

Came into to check out the suvs without an apt on a late Sat afternoon. Chin was the sales person who helped me. He was extremely knowledgeable and had longevity at the dealership. Very kind, patient, and mindful. He is someone I will do business with. I highly recommend you go see him if you are buying a car from here. This review is based only on my experience with him.

I was able to get an appointment very quickly to solve my problem. As always Rick responded and was able to diagnose the problem and get it corrected efficiently and quickly. Through the years he has always been very efficient and courteous.

Excellent, courteous, professional service. Test Drove Kia Forte GT with GT2 package. Loved it. Got great 2.9% Finances at Great Price. No markup at all. Bought it same day in one hour. Great experience. Highly recommend.

We purchased a 2023 Kia Sorento Hybrid at the end of Feb. The process itself was pretty straightforward and we love the car. Unfortunately the salesman made an error and we were told the final sales price included cross bars that weren't in stock, but we could just make an appointment and bring the car in. Apparently, that salesman has since left Kia and the sales dept. won't stand by what he said. We offered to meet them halfway and split the price, but they didn't care to accommodate us or stand by their own (former) employee. In the end, it turns out we overpaid for the vehicle without the cross bars and were instead promised a check for the (relatively small) difference, but it's been a month and no check has arrived. It was super disappointing and unfortunately we will have to look to another dealership for service moving forward-- there was just a lack of care in building a long-lasting relationship with us, especially given the cost of cars these days and the fact that we referred my brother who also bought a car. If you do buy a car here, check and double check what you're promised vs. what you get.

Orillia Kia ordered a part for me for work that I needed to get done they had the part scheduled me for 2 weeks after my part was in when I decided I couldn't afford it and canceled they then informed me I only had 10 days to return that part yet they had the part . It was then that the parts manager called me a liar and said the boy at the front would have informed me of that. Nice to call your customers a liar I will continuously write reviews and they won't be good, I will not stop writing reviews. It is for that reason that I will sell my Kia and I will never deal with Kia again. I love being stuck with $178 part.
