Brought in my 2017 Dodge Journey to have my transmission checked. The transmission was hesitating and bucking. I got a call later that day stating I needed a transmission replacement. I asked if they could rebuild it or not. I was told it was best to get a new transmission. A week later they received the transmission and began to work on it. A few days later I got my car back and a day or two later the car was doing the same thing it was doing when I brought it in originally, hesitating and bucking . Returned the next day not very happy. I was told that sometimes they get get bad transmissions. So the told me they ordered another one. Waited another week and a half. I was told the car was all set. Another fees days passed and the same problem was back. This problem is still ongoing and I keep bringing it back. Nine weeks have passed and no resolution. My belief is, from the day I brought it to Executive Dodge the transmission which I paid $5,500 for, really isn't the problem. How can three transmissions have exactly the same issue? I believe they need to explore other avenues that lead to the transmission. My next step is calling *** Connecticut.

Same for me if I could give no stars I would got a quote for a transmission service they quoted me $700 in change I called other dealerships they're $340 for the same service I've been going there for years. This is the end this was one of many bad experiences there.

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a new vehicle from Executive Dodge And Jeep of Wallingford, and I have to say, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. A significant part of this positive experience can be attributed to the outstanding service provided by Keith Filleul and Dexter John. Their approach to customer service was a breath of fresh air in the often stressful world of car buying. From the outset, Keith and Dexter were incredibly helpful and courteous. They went above and beyond to assist me throughout the sale process, demonstrating a level of dedication and professionalism that was truly commendable. Their ability to understand my needs and preferences made a significant difference. They were not just selling a car; they were building a relationship. What I particularly appreciated was the ease of the entire process. There was an absence of aggressive selling tactics, which can be quite off-putting. Instead, Keith and Dexter provided a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, making the whole experience enjoyable. They were fun to talk to and took the time to get to know me, which helped in finding the perfect vehicle that suited my lifestyle and needs. Moreover, their patience and understanding were evident, especially when I made mistakes or needed clarification on certain aspects. They were always ready to help and provided clear, concise information, ensuring that I was making an informed decision.

We brought our Jeep here for service (needed to be towed and this was the closest dealership as car is still under warranty). Was told we needed a new alternator but turns out just needed 2 new batteries. Saved $1000+ by moving to another shop. Would never go here again.

I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle without any of the typical hassle associated with car buying.

If you want to get ROBBED go to Executive Dodge Jeep Ram. They replaced my brakes then 15k miles later I needed new pads and rotors. This was one week after an oil change after having one of their "Technicians" check out my car. Asked for a price for the full job they quoted $1,400 for it. Brake pads alone they wanted $785 $400 just for labor. Told them I'll walk thanks for the pricing but wait don't forget your $192 diagnostic fee for taking a wheel off and and saying yup needs brake pads. If you want an actually good experience go to Jeep in Branhaven, called them up quoted the whole job $600 less and could take the car next day. Avoid this white trash dealership.

Mark Lisitano - This is the individual you should be asking for when interested in buying a vehicle from this dealership. I went specifically to this DODGE dealership to look at a HONDA Ridgeline truck trade in, and I could not be more impressed with Mark's ability to learn about the truck, find features, and critique everything about it COMPLETELY on the fly. He was totally flying blind when I walked in! I did not call ahead either, I just confirmed its availability online with a different saleswoman before driving to the dealership. His approach was absolutely incredible though, and I left that dealership with a deposit down and feeling incredibly confident about the purchase. Mark followed it up when I went to pick up the vehicle by delivering on his promise to have it completely ready (detailing etc..). Dexter did an outstanding job of working with Mark in order to dot the I's and cross the T's, and I was on my way with a great purchase. The truck only continues to get better and better as I keep learning about and getting used to it, and I have Mark to thank. Mark and Dexter represent this dealership well......and I could only imagine how much better it would have been if I bought a Dodge!

Give me no price up front, call me said that it's a $500 job, and it's pre-programmed for that amount, and then they work on it 1 hour. Call me an hour later and say it's done $500. That's the preprice but they didn't give me the price ahead of time and I said I was gonna complain on the net and he also calls me back and says oh. The mechanical and said he worked on a 3 hours before he gave me the price. But it was supposed to be a set price. Anyway. I just feel they're very much deceitful and liars.

I just want to say that Mike is amazing, he tries to do everything he can do to get you the best service and price. I went in for service because I thought I just needed an alignment done but turns out it was more, when we found out that it's more than one part, and expensive, Mike asked if I had a warranty to try and save myself some money. He helps save you money on repairs, this is the only place I trust to work on my car due to good service and honesty. Mike walked my through what was going on with my car and even offered to call my boyfriend to make sure we got the info was correct; since I don't know nothing about cars. The communication was just great!

Recently purchased a new vehicle from Executive Dodge- wanted to publicly thank salesman Andrew Strauss for his fantastic service, knowledge about the car and overall humanity; this is no ordinary salesman and it was nice to work with someone who didn’t say just what we wanted to hear for the sale. also a nod to Miranda the business manager for working with us on some technicalities in an off digit San for the loan, her creativity and help allowed us to secure the loan correctly and take home our vehicle that day. Great people here- highly recommend

Was considering buying a used grand Cherokee from this dealership. The salesman was extremely nice and helpful, car was beautiful. BUT had VERY noticeably worn tires. Would need to be replaced within 6 months, absolutely before that winter. When we asked if tires could be replaced, they said there was nothing they could do for us. I didn’t like the idea of spending 35+K on a certified vehicle knowing I’d immediately need to drop another 1-2K. We went to Toyota instead and purchased a certified vehicle from them with brand new tires (automatically came with the he vehicle).

Very respectful people love this dealer ship highly recommend coming here to buy a dodge if you! I didn’t buy my 2023 widebody hellcat from here but they treat me as I did. Also service department is very helpful clean respectful and can help you with any of your problems or issues. I had a bad experience at roberts Dodge and I wouldn’t step foot there if you paid me

If I could give no stars I would! Worst dealership I have ever been to. Service department is dangerously bad. My car has been in multiple times where the car has been “fixed” and returned but has needed to go back in for work on the same issues within the same week. Even when giving them codes and evidence of the issue that is occurring, they still manage to misdiagnose the problem. They are nowhere near thorough enough to still be in business. My first bad experience was when my car was continuously draining the battery and I knew it needed an alternator. They claimed it’s just a bad battery. We changed the battery but I was still having the issue and it went back in, but they claimed it was just the battery again. They even tried using an excuse that the second bad battery could be the case because “parts are not as good since Covid” which is probably the worst excuse I have ever heard in my life. Sure enough after another battery change, they found the alternator to be faulty. More recently, I was experiencing transmission issues. They replaced the transmission oil pan and stated that it had a leak and will definitely resolve the issue. Sure enough after getting the car back it was having the same issue less than 24 hours later. After making another appointment they stated that it’s a new issue so my warranty deductible would have to be paid again since they already “fixed the issue”. I decided to take my vehicle to a different dealership which located the issue to being a faulty solenoid in the transmission and are working with me to make the situation better. I will never be returning to Executive again and if you can stay away, you should because you will be better off finding someone who will fix the issue correctly the first time.

My father went to purchase a new truck in hopes of being able to gift his current one to my little brother for his 16th. All details got finalized on July 5, 2023 and everything was set to go, my dad just had to go to the bank the next morning and come get the car. By July 6,2023, after my dad had already went and got the money from the bank, he (thankfully) called to let them know he was coming to pick up the truck. My father was then informed that regardless of their agreement from less than 24 hours ago, they had sold the truck and never even called my dad to let him know that. My father is heartbroken he can’t find a new truck in time to give my brother the old one on his birthday.
