What an AMAZING TEAM; incredible; yes, incredible experience. Over the last 5 years I have purchased tons of vehicles and this BY FAR was the easiest, most professional experience I have ever had. I'm beyond disappointed I haven't talked my daughter into purchasing a vehicle just yet through you. Honestly Shaun I am at a loss of words personally about you. You're follow up actually was....well....like mine; UNHEARD of! I have dealt with Chevy FL dealers, Springfield(s) and will absolutely make the trip to wherever YOU are. YOU MOVE; I follow. Bible! Now let's not forget your incredible finance manager. I have yet to ever meet one I thoroughly enjoyed working with. Had everything ready for my arrive. Reached out to ensure everything that could be done over the phone was. Explained everything; even his love for elephants; I'm sorry I meant cars. Ha. Great, great honest guy. Last but certainly not least Toby.....OOOOOO Toby and his incredible patience. 1) The chatter from my daughter......he never once discounted any of her conversations and thoroughly answered all her questions, he took the time to show/teach me about the vehicle and the software that comes along with it. He followed through with a lovely text afterwards, and was genuinely a joy to work with. I had multiple issues with my Chevy Traverse. I hit 100k miles and everything started to fail with my cooling system. I had sworn off Chevys. I brought my Chevy to Executive because they were the only ones who seemed empathetic to my situation and were instantly helpful. Michelle was amazing and answered all my questions and kept me updated on my car's progress. She gave me detailed technical explanation of what was going on and left me feeling confident that they were going to fix my car. I've never dealt with a dealer who was so open, transparent, and willing to help. I give most credit to Michelle for keeping up with my texts and simply going above and beyond to help me. She restored my relationship with Chevy! My car works great now and you would never know they were in there. In fact, they must have cleaned up because there was a "new car smell" when I picked up my car. Overall, fantastic service at a reasonable price point. They will be my go-to Chevy dealer from now on!

They lost me as a customer, before I could even do business with them. They were great to talk with six months ago, and told me that I was 4 or 5 in line to get the battery in my Bolt EV replaced. They told me 3-4 weeks, for me to be #1 in line.Four months later, I had Chevy's EV Concierge call them, and they were told the same thing. Six months later, I had Chevy's EV Concierge call them, and they were told the same thing again. EV Concierge doesn't report dealers for lip service, it seems. The definition of insanity is... it is unfortunate that I ended up with trust issues with Executive Chevrolet. I won't give them another chance to win my loyalty, and switched to more reputable dealership. Executive needs to make the pivot: electric car technology will become Chevy's core consumer product. I hope they figure that out, and how to retain customer relationships.

Terrible - exchanged 3 emails about a particular truck the DAY OF the visit. "Yes it's here cmon down." Online j*** failed to mention is was sold days before. Wouldn't have been so bad except we drove over 80 miles to the dealership to look at this truck. Mistakes happen but we didn't even get an apology when we walked in and the truck was sold. Sad customer service, would never buy from them.

Came in with no appointment and a check engine light on a brand new Silverado. Not what I wanted to see, but the service department got me in and back out on the road in a bit over an hour after updating software. I wish GM would just get rid of 3/4 of the electronics on their trucks!
