Make sure you look closely at your contract, ask them if there's anything in the contract outside of your car, such as a warranty you might not have to add, anything like that.If the sticker price is $16,000 and you come in with 2000 cash, your loan should not be 24,000 but that's what mine was.Some of that is related to credit and some of it is related to them taking advantage of someone not reading everything. Since I had someone else picking up the car and they were the signers, they made a few mistakes so it wasn't entirely dealers fault.Otherwise very good with service and everything else.

Having had the typical car dealership experience (especially the Subaru and Toyota, which I frequented for 30 years till I happily switched over to Kia) I approached with mild apprehension to repair an AC for the second time on a leased Kia Sportage. I was greeted by Katie and Harrison, the two associates who treated me as if they were in my shoes. Go figure! Katie was not even my associate, but added values with her good will and cheer, informing me of deals and ideas! I was surprised that a dealership could achieve a level of satisfaction and motivation in their employees to spill into their customer care, or is it it just Katie and Harrison? I felt I was well taken care of. I will definitely return.
