Chris D. was professional& always so helpful & very knowledgeable. He was very patient and extremely understanding as this was my first time I purchased a second hand car. He provided every documentation regarding any history of the car & was very patient and understanding. This process was by far the best car experience I have ever encountered. Thank you to C @ Executive Auto Group where I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND for all you car needs. This was a pleasure and will be back for another purchase in due time!!

Nice folks. Came here for a recall. Smaller waiting area than most but suitable nonetheless. Complimentary WiFi is there as well as your typical coffee maker. Other snacks are there for sale (other dealerships I've been too have provided them free of charge). Nice visit overall.

Day 5. Still no communication from management I know it's a jeep issue. But beware!! Certain model jeeps that have the tiger hawk engine are death traps. This engine is found not only a few jeep models, but in some sedans. This engine is subject to a class action lawsuit. This particular engine uses an excessive amount of oil. I purchased a used renegade with only 11k miles on it for my daughter. She drove it to Georgia and back. On her return trip the car shut itself off, almost causing a T-bone accident. The car was out of oil. After it was towed back to executive Jeep. I was told that this is a known problem. Funny nobody mentioned this when we where purchasing it. Executive jeep gave me a free oil change and told me that the recall has to adjust the computer. 1,000 miles later, I check the oil. It's below the add level. This engine uses more oil, then what is recommended for oil changes. Most modern cars now a days can go 5,000 to 10,000 mile between required oil changes. This engine can't make it too 3,000 miles before the engine runs out of oil. How much damage happens too this engine when it runs 2/3 quarts low. Certainly this would affect the longevity of an engines life. Truly a design flaw The dealer blames Chrysler, Chrysler bury's their head in the sand. DO NOT BUY A CAR THAT BLOWS UP !!! Do your homework Check out the class action lawsuit over Jeep's and this problem Feel free to contact me Kurt Bober Durham
[email protected] DON'T Make The Same Mistake I Did. This dealer is not interested in helping their customers after the sale. BE AWARE !!!

I’m not a fan of the car buying process, but it was SUPER easy here. They made the whole process so smooth and were so responsive to any questions I had or information I needed. Great customer service here! They are really great at following up before and after the transaction!

I was lured to this dealership by an ad staying they had a Jeep with 11 miles for an intriguing price. My husband and I went to the facility to inspect and test drive the vehicle. After sitting down with the salesperson to go over particulars, we were not told that the vehicle had suddenly accumulated 1,089 miles! Now, mind you, we had been in contact with the salesperson the day prior to visiting the dealership. We also communicated with the salesperson the day of our arrival and not a word was mentioned about the extra miles. Btw the price was also not adjusted despite the extra miles. Suffice it to say, I have contacted various government agencies to report the unscrupulous bait and switch practices of Executive Auto/Executive Nissan in North Haven, CT.

Great team to work with! Krystle, Nick, Austin and Chris made this probably the easiest car buying I've ever done! I drove almost 2 hours to buy my new Renegade from them because of the superior service and communication beforehand and the fair price I received on the vehicle and my trade in. I highly recommend these guys! Thank you!

Huge thank you to Nick and Chris for setting me up in my dream jeep even during these tough times!! They were able to locate the Wrangler I had my eye on, pick it up, and bring it directly to me! Couldn’t have been an easier process. Very nice guys! We will be coming back for our future vehicles! Thank you for everything!!!

I had a phenomenal experience at Executive! I would highly recommend working with Chris as he made it such an enjoyable experience. He was was so patient with me as I tested several different vehicles in order to find the right fit and was a wealth of knowledge when it came to answering my many questions even after I left the sales floor. The management were all very nice as well and worked with me to stay in my budget. I ended up with the car of my dreams and couldn't be happier!

Today is 2/19/2020, I have called executive Jeep 6 - 7 times trying to schedule an oil change since 2/14/2020. 3 of those times I left messages and one other time I called and spoke to a different department to see if perhaps they were having phone troubles. I was told by the gentleman that they were just busy because lots of people wanted their cars back for Valentine's Day. Which I understood. He assured me they should call before the end of day which was 6 pm. The day came and went. No phone call the following days either. I called again today and no answer and no call back after another message. Getting an appt for an oil change should not be this hard esp when the car is leased and I'm trying to keep it serviced through the same dealership. Not to mention when I first bought my vehicle it took 3 weeks before they provided me with my spare key. Everyday I'd follow up and ask when I could have my key and they kept saying they were picking it up today. Again, 3 weeks of me having to be a pain to get something that I should've received upon delivery of the vehicle. I'm just very disappointed.
