This CVS is truly the most inefficient, rude, and disorganized I’ve ever experienced. I’ve waited an hour to pick up a prescription on a regular basis even when it was already filled. Today I waited nearly 45 minutes for a vaccine for which I had an appointment. Avoid at all costs if you can

I was waiting at the drive thru for 10 minutes in Wallingford ct . When it was my turn the girl said closed for lunch then closed the window. There must be a better system than to do that t their guests. It’s so rude. No wonder that location has poor reviews.
