I had a vaccine apt scheduled for 10. I checked in online as written. I waited 15 mins at the seating area. I went to the desk and asked why I haven't been seen. the tech said "go to the other desk and check in with the pharmacist.".. I did that, the pharmacist then said "I didn't know if you were here and I'm waiting for the medicine to thaw, the fridge was out of stock." ..... why would you make someone wait even more on their own clock when this is something YOU should've prepared for? now I have to scramble to get ready for work, which is a half hour drive!

With all the illnesses in the world today, the pharmacy lines are always very long with folks picking up medication . I went today to pick up my medication that had a complicated coupon. The lines were wrapped around the aisle, but that did not prevent the staff from going above and beyond to assist. I was very pleased that instead paying $500 for my medication with the coupon it was just $25. Despite the long line and some store phone issues, the staff was courteous and composed. Nice job CVS pharmacy team!!!

There is a reason why this pharmacy has a bad rating, and it all comes down to competence; competence comes with good management and this place lacks it, and has lacked it ever since we had to start using them (because our insurance made us.) It is a joke, that when we switched from Walgreens pharmacy, it took cvs months before they finally entered in our insurance information, the correct way; now we switch insurance again and that same incompetence is still, alive and well.We waited in line tonight (at the drive through) for 1/2 of an hour, and when we finally got to the window, they didn't have our insurance info, which, we had already given to them. You could tell that the kid working the window, had no clue as to what he was doing - and he is handling pharmaceuticals. Now that we can switch pharmacies, we will be switching pharmacies, and all of our non-pharmacy needs, as well. My suggestion is, if you like: hassles, incompetence, long waits, and high prices - then this is the place for you. You've heard the phrase "Fecal matter runs down hill", well it's true, incompetence starts at the top. Good riddance, to bad rubbish, but I can see that the way business management runs, you could care less whether we shop with you, or not. Never in my 38 years of adulthood have I dealt with a pharmacy worse than this one. 3 years of miserable service, and finally we are free.

Pharmacies are overwhelmed right now and CVS is no exception. After using Walgreens for 20 years over the past three years, I've been using CVS. A new pharmacist made an error with one of our prescriptions this week... Six days later it still hadn't been rectified. There was a woman working today who helped me at the consultation counter and she graciously and ever so swiftly corrected the error that had backed up this prescription for six days, including numerous calls to the doctor and the pharmacy. She filled the prescription for me on the spot after she realized what the error was, even though she wasn't responsible for it. Her quick action, and the grace she showed made up for all the aggravation and I would still choose CVS over Walgreens. They are doing the absolute best they can for us.

It blows when your insurance only allows the crappiest of pharmacies. But don't even bother coming to this one. As I write this I've been sitting in line for about 15 minutes. There's 2 people here. They have the drive thru closed. If anything it should be front closed drive thru open with how long you need to wait. No smiles. No hellos. Nothing but grumpy looks and miserableness and for someone handling our medication it's absolutely disgusting behind the counter and they allow other people to cut in front while there's a huge line

This is the worst CVS I have ever gone to, the line is always long, the service is not friendly, they make you feel like you are a bother. Meds not ready when you go to pick them up. Trying to call them is ridiculous, been on hold for 20 minutes now. Worst CVS ever, we are switching to another one, would rather drive further than go to this location.

Consistently the worst customer service I have ever encountered in my 48 years on this earth. I will never have my scripts sent here again. Unreliable, always rude! The average wait time in the pick up line is 25 to sometimes 40 minutes! Many times I have left not even getting my medication even though their app says it's there waiting. Do not use this pharmacy.

Called three times waited 20 minutes each time to speak to a pharmacy representative, no luck, called the front cashier, they said they were shorthanded, this is extremely mismanaged staff. Perhaps call and help from other CVS pharmacies? This is poor management Still haven't spoken to them been trying for four hours

This CVS Pharmacy staff including the female Pharmacist in this particular store are terribly unfriendly and rude. I've witnessed it on numerous occasions with other consumers while waiting and then myself. It is apparent they dislike their positions. No eye contact, no smiles, could not even fake pleasantries. Shame on each of you. * Kudos to the front store checkout staff always kind, smiling, helpful and courteous. They exude happiness with their positions and represent in a positive manner!! *Public relations training needed STAT for this Pharmacy staff.

So I have Aetna Medicare Advantage and of course CVS owns Aetna. I have 5 Scripts filled at Big Y and CVS is constantly bugging me to use their Pharmacy. Today I picked up a Script for my daughter and I waited in line behind 7 other customers! When I go to Big Y there are zero or one person in line. With no savings on my Scripts why on earth would I switch over!

Horendous customer service. I have never had people treat me like this. I had an issue and wanted to meet with someone - waited at consulting and was completely ignored. Then waited in line and asked for someone to meet with me. I was smiling and the individual meeting with me clearly did not want to talk with me. She stayed back from the partition and was difficult to hear. She was clearly agravated when I asked her questions and as soon as there was a pause in the conversation she started to back away. I asked her another question and she haltingly came semi closer. I felt I had to yell to get her to hear me - thank goodness it wasn't a difficult or private conversation. The cashier wasn't much better - when I apologized for holding up 1 person, she never responded. Her way of making me feel terrible. Seriously, when is CVS going to smarten up and teach these people what good customer service looks like. Unbelievable.

Prices are unbelievably high.aside from that a tall young black counterperson couldn't be any less friendly. I wish I got his name.( I was there about 6pm on Tuesday July 14)..This guy acted like he didn't want to be bothered ringing up my order..which was in excess of 50.00, but only four of five items..I was so put off by his attitude that I gathered my things and brought them to the self check out..a few weeks ago I was there and this a girl called me up to ring my order up then promptly vanished from the counter..this same tall young black employee was working the counter with her and pretended not to see me there waiting for the girl to return.... he proceeded to call up the next customer from line while I stood there waiting for the "vanishing act" to return..he definitely saw me there since he was only about four feet from me.....the girl didn't come back until this guy had rung up two other customers while I stood there waiting..another customer turned to me and joked about the girl calling me up then leaving me feeling completely invisible while waiting there. the black employee continued to take other customers from line even after hearing the other customer call attention to the fact that I was there being ignored.bad customer service,high prices and very lazy customer-dodging employees

Funny how this pharmacy keeps messing up my prescriptions, blaming my doctor's office and the insurance company over and over. Yet when I finally lose my temper at them, they somehow get their sh*t together and fix the problem in five minutes.
