My husband and I went in yesterday to have two watches attended to..one needed to be sized and the other an expensive inherited watch needed a new battery. Mark was personable, friendly, honest and attentive. I ended up buying my husband a new wedding band for his 50th birthday! I left with my new watch on my wrist and a battery ordered for the other. The new owner is great, his custom work is beautiful. I had a piece of jewelry redone and it came out gorgeous and the price was very reasonable. If you're looking for something new or an old piece reimagined this is the place to go.
