If I could post a 0 rating, I would. Continental Garage was sent by AAA to jumpstart a car battery and drove in with a huge oversized truck. The driver backed up not only once but multiple times, leaving huge deep ruts in the yard. The driver made no attempt to inform the homeowner of the damages.The company denied responsibility for any of this despite two witnesses and photos. Total lack of decency and integrity.

Albert Gibson was very professional and knowledgeable. The experience was very smooth after we sat and went over my expectations. Albert showed that he really care and looked very sincere.I really recommen him if you're looking to buy a car, he's the man.

The prime reason this is even a 4 star review is because of the sales manager Al. Short of this these people leave a lot to be desired.We bought a car the day before Christmas eve and it was a good car. When they took the car to do some work that it needed... well to keep a long story short they destroyed the car. It was undriveable when it came back.The company actually wanted us to absorb the loss and deal with it. They also wanted us to return the loaner car and drive off with the broken car. Some woman who works there promoted herself to president of the place when the owners went on vacation and told us we were out of luck.Al stepped in and went to bat for us the entire time not accepting this fiasco as a final outcome. He worked day and night for our satisfaction! He got the owners to accept the broken car as a down-payment on a better car. The loaner which we liked and eventually bought. He got us a good rate and took money off the bottom line. We were much more pleased and it all had to do with Al.If for some reason you decide to go here only deal with Al. If you have to deal with someone else...walk away.

3 Weeks ago I came across John at Continental Garage & Sales. From our first conversation to the pick up of the vehicle; I was blown away by his honesty and not being a typical "Salesman" (that is a compliment). The Carfax doesn't lie , He shows you it, his team looks the Vehicles over for safety and corrects any concerns. Zero pushy sales pitch. I will be a repeat customer from everything Ive seen.
