Not the most experienced staff you could have at a tire shop, not enthusiastic, lacking customer service experience. You really do not see they are knowledgeable on what they are doing.

I had 4 new tires installed 11/29/23 on my pick up truck. When I left to go home my brake pedal went down to the floor. I was able to turn around and go back there and they claimed they were corroded. They use a sledge hammer to hit stubborn tires off. I believe the worker had a bad aim. I had to have it towed to a mechanic to install brake line and he can't get to it for at least a week.

The cake decorator Rebecca is wonderful!!! They have two layer cakes that are light and delicious . I had a vision of sunflowers cascading down the side and she made it happen! I am so happy . This is my new place to buy all my cakes . This is the second cake I ordered here . I highly recommend them. She is wonderful!!! I tried to talk to a manger about her but no luck. I hope they read this .

Last Thursday 9/28 I had a scheduled appointment to change preorder tires. One kid is working while trying to deal with the inside customers and changing tires. No clue why there’s only 1 person for a clear 2 person job. Anyways, 40 minutes go by and the kid comes on in the lobby and begins to help me. I tell him the deal and he tries to get in contact with someone to help him change my tires as he isn’t super experienced. A few more minutes go by and still hasn’t gotten in contact with the other guy so he thinks it’s easier to just rebook my appointment since the other guy isn’t answering. Cool I’m flexible and don’t mind. Well I now realize something important came up for the new day and I’m trying to call to reschedule and I’ve been put on hold 3 times this week all for over 30 minutes each time and all ended with me just being hung up on, which I saw this kid do the day I was in the lobby. I’m now just trying to get a refund for my tires and I will be cancelling my membership. I don’t recommend BJ’s tires and I’m a pretty easy going dude. To piss me off takes a lot.

I’ve tried calling this location multiple times to make an appointment a year ago and now today, and the phone has never been answered once…North Haven might have less stars, but at least they pick up their calls.??♀️

They never have coupon books, low stock of products and they routinely move the location of stuff around the store.

I stopped in to get a nail plugs. Any issues associate explain to me he couldn’t do it any earlier than Saturday, all four bays were completely empty and there was a one car in the parking lot for the tire center. It literally would’ve took him five minutes, but he just was not interested in working. Great customer service BJ’s. I’m glad I pay for a membership.

The young man was awesome he needs a raise ans someone to help him. I was there tonight at 630 he put new tires on, cashed out customers who needed batteries and assisted with propane. He was overworked and had no help. The young man gets 5 stars. The lack of help and over working this young man gets 1 star.

Why would you have NO registers open on a Friday night?! And a limit on what you can do on the self checkout?! And for the love of God, please do something about the horrible smell near the back of the store!! This club has gone so far downhill lately

It's after work 5:00 and they have 1 person at the deli to serve people. With an average of 3-4 people waiting. Im next but have been next for at least 10 minutes. Not the 1 person who is trying to take care of everyone fault. Poor management and scheduling

They don’t do a thing about panhandlers. Tired of seeing them there and it’s the same one. You tell management they do nothing. They also have a no soliciting policy. So why do they allow it

As the saying goes, “buyer beware”. Downloaded 5 digital coupons using the BJ’s App. After going thru the self serve registers I noticed two of the coupons worth $1.00 each did NOT get deducted. Went to the Service Desk and they promptly refunded me the $2.00. Of course I asked what happened and was told it must have been a “glitch” and it happens all the time. BUYER BEWARE!

The store is dirty, no free samples, bathroom had stool and urine on toilets. Staff disengaged and no food court. Tire Center: You can only order tires online, pay for them and then 2 weeks later come and get your tires when they have an appointment. Went to my appointment and the tire center staff called out for the day. Left a message they said but on an incorrect phone. Went to my newly scheduled app and they wouldn't take me until the exact time of app. Never ever again. Pay the extra money at a place that is clean, professional and timely.

The service is not what it was just a few years ago.I called to make an appointment for a flat tire repair on August 29th, 2022, spoke to a young man and made an appointment for 9/5/2022. He seemed a bit lost on the phone, but I chocked that up to them being busy. Nevertheless, I arrived at BJs to get my tire repaired only to be told that I did not have an appointment and they are fully booked out for the week. I asked the two men who were behind the counter(1 in training) to check the computer to see if there was a mistake with the date, only to find out I was never placed on the schedule.I never right reviews or make complaints, but avoid the tire center at all cost if you value your timeA few years ago this place ran great, a couple of hiccups here and there, but this new team is horrible. Very short staffed.

The Store Manager in Wallingford, Connecticut cares little about keeping loyal customers who spend a great deal of money on their branded card which actually makes them money. I called to complain about the change in policy where you can now only use $10 of your earned rewards at a time. I spend an estimated $2k to $4k a month on my BJ's Mastercard so I can use my rewards shopping. Just last month I earned over $50 in rewards, but when I went to spend them I've come to find out that BJ's changed their policy on spending rewards without notification which is illegal. I went to the Courtesy Desk and nobody was willing to help and they referred me to Comenity Bank who manages their credit card. Congenital informed me that BJ's changed their policy and to go back to BJ's. I called and spoke the their Front End Manager who assured me the Store Manager would call me back and it's now been two days without hearing anything. My advice is go to another retailer who listens to their customers concerns. I took my valuable time to try and let BJ's management know this is a game charger for their best customers who will choose to shop elsewhere. They are my rewards which I have earned and I should be able to use them. Three times I was promised that the Store Manager would call, but it seems he's very comfortable in not caring about his customer's who are taking valuable time from their day to inform somebody whom the corporate office may listen to for this is a game changer and I have zero incentive to use my BJ's Mastercard any longer nor to shop at BJ's.
