Tried to learn their prices but dealer asked continually my social. I gave him and told him that only for softcheck, I am providing my social. He said Ok, no problem. Later he did a hard check and made me loose around 20 points. When I asked about it they said my score was not that high anyway and if I bring some one with me in 15 days we can get approved. I made the manager write a letter for credit companies and disputed the check. And of course I went a different dealer with my wife and got myself a car. They are not honest, I don't expect any of their service will be trustworthy. Do yourself a favor and don't deal with them

Carla and the service department are awesome! They are pleasant, informative, and happy to be helping you. 5 star service!This is light years better than my last dealership (not Nissan). Service was the reason the last place did not get repeat business.

I really needed a car. I had poor credit and very little to put down. I worked with Gil and he worked magic to get me into an amazing 2019 fully loaded 2019 Nissan Rogue SL. Granted my payments will be high for a year until I can refinance but I was able to drive home that day with my car. He kept in touch through the process letting me know if I needed anything or what I should expect. I have to say everyone was super nice.

If only there were ZERO ratings! Do not buy a car here. They are all nice during the sales process, but the Nissan brand is not reliable. I had a nightmare with my Nissan Sentra and neither Brittany Barberino cared NOR did the main office of Nissan care. I had my first transmission last 61,000 miles and they replaced due to a class action lawsuit. Second transmission only lasted 22,000 miles and they BOTH thought that was okay and too bad for me. DON'T buy here. You will be sorry! I had to get rid of my car with only 83,000 miles! Toyota says their transmissions are good for 200,000 miles! That's more like it. I have a friend that has a Toyota with 278,000 miles with the original transmission! Barberino and Nissan need to do something better.

This is a reputable Nissan dealership. The staff here is nice. I come here to purchase parts from their parts department. Given the choice of OEM parts or aftermarket gamble parts, I will pick the dealer parts every time. Aftermarket parts are a major gamble, so it is easy to come to trust OEM automotive parts because you know they made the originals and would therefore be the best equipped to make a quality replacement part.Thank you...

Walked in to the dealership asked for a price in a vehicle. Sales man asked me let’s run your credit. I said no just need a price of the vehicle. Proceed to ask for a manger to be told I was being rude. Nope just needed a price and was going to pay cash. Oh well lots of other dealers that will provide me a price when I ask. DO NOT SHOP HERE!

I was here at Barberino Nissan yesterday to find another car due to the fact that my current lease was ending. After seeing commercials and other reviews about Barberino, I decided to check it out for myself. I am glad I made the decision to come here instead of going to the previous Nissan Dealership that I’ve dealt with in the past. I worked with sales rep Ricky G. He was very nice, professional and very helpful. He was able to find the right vehicle that met my needs and wants. I ended up leasing 2023 Nissan Rogue SV and I couldn’t be any more happier with it. Kyle, from finance was awesome as well. He made the financial process quick, easy and fun. The staff made sure that I did not have to spend my entire day sitting at a car dealership. I will definitely be returning once my lease is up on this current vehicle. I recommend going to Barberino Nissan!

This is my second time coming here and working with the one and only “Mo” he just helped us get our second car for my wife and let me tell you this man I consider a friend even family not only did he do everything for us to get another car and work with us but once again spoils our kids with lunch! This man I highly recommend he has so much patience and he actually cares about who he is helping and not just a sale. I will only be going to him cause he has my trust.
