Rafael Helped me today with the purchase of my vehicle. He was attentive and made sure my needs were heard and I was understanding the process from beginning to end. I felt comfortable making the transactions and now I’m the proud owner of a new vehicle.

This car dealership works with you and explains what they do exactly. Jason helped me with my Nissan's check engine light and provided great customer service.

Hey Ken, This is charnelle. I came in to talk to you a few days ago and we had a great conversation. Thank you for that. I just want to inform you that I have CC'd Shelly Moore from Greenwood Credit Union in on this email because I am constantly referred back to the Dealer when I ask information about the value of my car. I am having a huge issue with the car. I looked up the cars value on Kelly Blue Book, and it has reported that the car has frame damage so it's worth close to nothing. I paid for a printed detailed car report from Experian Auto Check and the report showed that the car was reported on 05/16/2018 with severe Structural Damage.I spoke with my lender, Greenwood Credit Union, and I was provided a car facts report for the 2016 Chevy Malibu. This report stated the same facts as the Experian AutoCheck Report.I then went to CarMax, I got an appraisal done for the car. Jennifer from CarMax gave me an appraisal offer of $9000 and stated that the car has severe structural damage, so the car would not be able to be sold on the lot. It would only be able to be sold to the warehouse. Jennifer also sent me a copy of the report. These reports also indicate that there were AuctionBrand issues due to the structural damage. Structural damage can cause a vehicle to be very unsafe to drive. Anything can happen to this car at anytime. I have an autistic child who rides in thiscar with me everyday to school. I am also employed with two companies that specialize in interaction with Special Needs children whom may need transportation per necessity. During the selling process, I was never told about any structural damage. It also wasn't marked off in my contract because it was something that was never disclosed to me. I asked the salesman (Mike Perry) if there was any damage done to the car. He informed me that the car had a previous owner and that the car was in perfect shape. I did not feel comfortable without a warranty so I went ahead and purchased one. I have also included the contract below that shows this information. Although the car was sold as is, there are certain laws in place (consumer laws) that force Dealers to disclose certain information to their consumer or it is considered fraud. Frame/Structural damage decreases the value of the car Dramatically! The car was sold to me for $22000. According to car fax and other dealers and Kelly Blue book, In June of 2022, this 2016 Chevy Malibu with Structural Damage reported was NOT worth 22,000. This car has a SALVAGED TITLE and was totaled in a previous accident! I want my $9100 deposit back!!!!!

Service is terrible. Multiple delays in communication on their side. Heard nothing for the first two weeks, despite being told I would hear back tomorrow and multiple unanswered messages on my end. They had the vehicle so long they then had the audacity to charge me storage fees saying that I was the problem. The many messages and unanswered calls I have on my phone show that's not true. I would hope if the service manager cared more, they would have better service.

I really needed a car. I had poor credit and very little to put down. I worked with Gil and he worked magic to get me into an amazing 2019 fully loaded 2019 Nissan Rogue SL. Granted my payments will be high for a year until I can refinance but I was able to drive home that day with my car. He kept in touch through the process letting me know if I needed anything or what I should expect. I have to say everyone was super nice.

If only there were ZERO ratings! Do not buy a car here. They are all nice during the sales process, but the Nissan brand is not reliable. I had a nightmare with my Nissan Sentra and neither Brittany Barberino cared NOR did the main office of Nissan care. I had my first transmission last 61,000 miles and they replaced due to a class action lawsuit. Second transmission only lasted 22,000 miles and they BOTH thought that was okay and too bad for me. DON'T buy here. You will be sorry! I had to get rid of my car with only 83,000 miles! Toyota says their transmissions are good for 200,000 miles! That's more like it. I have a friend that has a Toyota with 278,000 miles with the original transmission! Barberino and Nissan need to do something better.

I had my car towed here because it wasn't starting. I ran the code and it was likely the fuel pump. I explained this to Carla who said they have to run diagnostics anyway for $150. I get that, they need to see what's wrong so I gave permission. I was told I would get a call before noon today.I end up getting a text at 3:30 today linking me to a list of services they want to perform. First off, the "issue" listed on the work order stated I told them I had transmission problems - wrong. Then the list had all the usual fluid replacements, etc. they try to sell you on. I just had service done 2 months ago at another Nissan with many of these addressed and while on the phone with Carla she said she saw the previous Nissan notes on my car. But they still wanted to add them to my bill which was totaling $4400 when all I went to them for was a fuel pump. Now I know I don't have to accept these services and I didn't, but I find it unprofessional to add flush the brakes lines when you saw I had it done 2 months ago. That tells me this dealership is just looking to maximize income and use cookie cutter templates. The cost for a fuel pump was about $1100, I looked on Rock Auto and found this was a $400-500 part. Seems standard with labor, but I was not having a good experience so I declined.I called at 4pm telling them I was going to have the car towed home. Another service member could not assist me with this, they said I had to speak to Carla because she is assigned to my vehicle. They said a few minutes, she was on the other line. I ended up calling back 45 minutes later. Carla said they close at 5:30pm and she cannot leave to keys in the car so I asked her to leave them with the sales department if the driver didn't get there in time. She agreed to this and said she would call back in 5 minutes to take care of the $150 diagnostic over the phone. I called back 20 minutes later, now 5:22pm (almost closing). Carla picks up and tells me the car is still on the lift. At this point I had booked the tow and he had just arrived. She told me everyone else left and she couldn't get the car down. I reminded her I called 1.5 hours ago to set this up and had declined services anyway. I told her she needed to call someone and fix the problem. The tow truck driver now calls me asking where the car is, I explain to him its on the lift and he says he'll apply some pressure to get it down. I get confirmation the car is down and the tow truck driver is good to go. Carla then asks me for my credit card number. Very unprofessional. I took care of the bill and here I am.Overall I felt that the service member did not listen to what I told her at anytime throughout my experience. I felt I was either being ignored because I declined service or they were trying to string me along until I accepted service. No one ever explained the diagnostic results to me or asked why I declined service. I was told multiple times I would get a callback and never did. The service comes off unprofessional and greedy.I did not have work done so I cannot speak to their mechanical abilities which may be great. There's another Nissan down the road if you are skeptical of Barberino.Service: Vehicle Inspection

Horrible... You call for 3 days to schedule an oil change. They take your number because their system is down and say they will call back. Spoke to Wendy or Wanda and no call back. 3 days later we call and a very sweet lady helped us out. There are probably 3-5 nice people that work there..

I use them for Nissan service that I can not perform. They have appointments. The mechanic i prefer there does exceptional work and I completely trust him. The repair service advisor was excellent also.
