Someone needs to call me IMMEDIATELY before I report this to the attorney General and better business bureau. This branch put my check through, but gave me the check back with no money. They are telling me it was cashed already and nothing they can do. They said the teller put it through but didn't finish the transaction so its coming up as being cashed. If that's the case then why didn't you give me my money ? Did you steal it? I'm confused!!!!

My poor elderly mom just had a terrible experience. After having an account for 45 years, she went in to get some money today, and the teller and manager insisted they couldn’t find any account for her. She waited for ever and finally “miraculously” found it, with no explanation as to why it wasn’t working.

The BoA app and phone system is appalling and does not work. I wanted to make an appointmen but ciuld not through the spp or main line as i fid not have an account number. So i went to the bank and met John Pacifico, Vice President who said that Alex Battan had an appointment. But both of them fit me in and enabled me to set my account. There was only one teller, Mes Kolchan. All provided excellent service and support of my needs

This is the only bank I’ve been part of that you need to take time off of work to go to the bank. 10-4 are pathetic hours and will be closing my accounts immediately.

ATM doesn't accept deposits outside of normal hours. B&A is the worst financial company in the country. Just when you think there services are bad, they out do themselves and I have an even worse experience.

One of the ATMs is almost always broken. I went and deposited money last night and in the middle of my transaction the machine stops working. Now I don’t have my money in my account. This is ridiculous. How can a bank have broken ATMs half the time?? Atleast the people are nice.

I left BofA after years of thinking about it. The people in the Wallingford branch are as fine and helpful as can be, but they are stymied by an organization that only knows how to push products and doesn't care at all about customer service. I gave up trying online to discover why a transfer from a foreign country hadn't gone through. I gave up and switched to TDK. When I went to my local BofA branch to close my account, it took nearly two hours. The teller helping me couldn't herself get through by telephone to the next person up the chain of information to stop an automatic withdrawal.

My family, including executor, went there to close an estate account after a death in the family (account holder was the deceased). Customer service was atrocious from the first interaction and completely unacceptable. Employees were rude, unhelpful, inept, the business was not accomplished and still isn't accomplished after 3 weeks. Two other financial institutions handled the same business that very day when the executor was there. Would not recommend having an account with them for any reason and wish there was a way to hold them accountable. Particularly when dealing with aftermath of a family death, the unnecessary burden is unconscionable.

This bank has gone even further down hill and I didn't think that was possible!! Just went to cash a check made out from BOA account from my town's Electric company and they want to charge me an $8.00 fee!!! Seriously?! I was a customer for over 20yrs until about 9yrs ago when the last straw was they charged me $5.00 fee to notarize a letter of donation of my car to the CT Humane Society. I was still a Customer and they charged me a fee when no other bank does that! If I wasn't in a rush to have my car picked up that day, i would've gone to my car insurance company or the Post Office. But I had no choice that day. I was a freakin customer and they charged me!! Wouldn't even make a photocopy for me, if you can believe that! So that was my final straw.I was, a few yrs ago, still able to cash checks there that were from BOA with no fee but now suddenly there's a ridiculous fee. These banks are crazy!! Never ever ever in my life will I become a BOA Customer again!!! Oh and Wells Fargo won't accept cash either unless you use their ATM as I found out while trying to deposit almost $1,000 into my mom's account for her as she's 85, disabled and unvaccinated. Insanity people, insanity!!!

I make a business deposit here 3 or 4 times a month. All the tellers (especially Elizabeth) have always been pleasant & efficient. The line is generally not long, but occasionally it can be. Very often there is a gentleman (bank manager?) standing near the line asking people how they’re doing. Honestly, in the interest of speedy, in-person banking (ie customer service), I think we’d all be doing a lot better, if he’d dispense with the pleasantries & actually ASSIST CUSTOMERS, rather than just chatting with them??♀️

Walked in to make change for my business account at 4:01, doors were still open and customers were still being assisted. Employee Diane walked up and stated that they were closed already. Very rude, will not be coming to this branch.
