Leased an Audi and had a fantastic experience with Adam and Kit, both of whom were incredibly professional and quickly moved things along. I typically hate the car dealership process, but their team made it quick and easy, and followed up with us afterwards to make sure everything was perfect with the car. Would absolutely recommend this team and dealership.

Fantastic experience. Tim and Kitt helped us get a great deal on our new RS e-tron GT and were extremely responsive, helpful, professional, and courteous. I don't know yet if we're going to get another Audi after this lease is up, but if we are I know exactly where I'm going to get it.

I had the best possible experience buying a 2023 Audi Q5 with the help of Audi of Wallingford and salesman Noel! I have never had a more seamless transaction while purchasing a vehicle until todays purchase I made with the wallingford Audi dealership. Audi of Wallingford made buying a new car as easy and low-stress as possible. From the moment we walked in, the general manager Steve was kind (even offering our 15 month old a stuffed animal to take home!) and connected us with Noel to test drive and finalize our purchase. Dropped car off at Audi of Wallingfordfor service 9/11/23. Service technician found a defective tail light and a cracked boot on drivers side axle. The cost to replace the axle was quoted three hours labor at $175 per hour plus parts for a total of $2179, the average cost to replace it is around $1200. I found several you tube videos where non Audi trained technicians can replace it in 30 minutes.I was also quoted $638 to basically change a running light bulb in the rear bumper (tech in video said “may have to remove bumper”I called to verify if it was the light bulb or the whole assembly, I was told by Marc M it was the assembly because they crack, get wet and light bulb shorts out.I also was told they tried a light bulb, I assure you the way this bulb was stuck in there it was never removed. Being skeptical I pulled the assembly (one screw, no bumper removal)and replaced the bulb for $6.99 and it is functioning normally.Some will say why own a Audi if youcannot afford the service. I say justbe honest with the costs and maybemore people will buy an Audi from you.

Service team always delivers; I put 150k miles on my (purchased elsewhere) used Audi in 5 years and they never missed a beat. When it was time for a new ride, they listened to my needs and helped me find a Certified Pre-Owned car appropriate to my needs. Good communication through the purchase process, advocated for me to their corporate team. Even fixed a minor mechanical issue before delivery and gave me a loaner while they did it. Best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Noel was a pleasure to work with, but his sales management team and the delivery staff were on point. Marc is a great service advisor and a real car guy.

Noel our sales agent handled my Moms purchase of her 2nd Audi. He was very professional and demonstrated to us that he was very knowledgeable about the product. He was patient and ensured that while we waited we were comfortable and that all our questions were thoroughly answered. He took excellent care of my mother as she sought to purchase her new car.This is my mother’s second Audi. She was nervous to go through the process after such a long time with her first Audi (which she loved) but Noel put her at ease with her newest purchase. Noel was patient and detailed. He went through the entire buying process without it feeling like he was rushing us. We were made to feel like his only customers. Kit was great as well. Usually I dread the car buying process but Noel and crew helped make the experience a positive one. I was impressed with Noel’s professionalism and got a real sense that he valued my time. Poor customer service, very pompous attitude displayed by overweight male with a beard. I went there to schedule a major service and simply requested if someone was available to briefly go over some dashboard functions. I was told since I didn’t purchase the vehicle there I have to schedule an appointment for that. I wouldn’t expect someone to act pretentious when working in a car dealership. They had no problem with me spending over 1,000 on maintenance but yet I was given the cold shoulder when asking for help.
