Then go to PC Richards, their price is either lower or the same, and on the rare occasion that it was higher.... They simply matched the price and often time gave extra service or something that made me feel like I got a better deal. (Free bonus pillows once!)”

“I could not have had a better experience! I live in Manhattan and had tried three places here to be ghosted by two of them. I walked into Galleria with no expectation and was greeted warmly by Jenuarie and she was fabulous. She was patient in helping me decide what I wanted to do. I thought I could mix tile companies for an accent tile while never considering the exact dimensions of the tiles may not blend. She pointed this out and from that point I changed direction of what I was doing. After picking out tiles we went to the warehouse for the countertop and the first one I saw was the one I wanted. I also learned I need a fabricator which had not been mentioned to me previously. While waiting for sample tiles I saw some beautiful handmade tiles which I now think will be the accent tiles. I ordered one as the company is in California. The rest of the staff was exceptionally kind, helpful and interested in what my plans were when We discussed the hand made tiles. The experience could not have been better. I saw the negative reviews and I can honestly say I can't imagine any of the staff being cold, indifferent or unhelpful. I highly, highly recommend Galleria in Middletown. I just wish we had a place like this in the city!”

The bathroom is pretty much always clean (way better than most places) customer service has been quite easy. Not super happy about the returns without receipt policy, but I understand why, as so many people shoplift. Just remember to send receipt to email, or use card every time so returns can be found by card#.”

“This place is located inside the Galleria location. Not a lot of appliances on site. I had already searched online for what I wanted. Salesman Bill was happy to put my order through and he kept in contact with me about shipping/arrival/delivery. Delivery was free and they hauled away my old frig. I am happy with my purchase.”

“My experience was good but could be better. i asked an employee where a certain cable was, he pointed me towards the computer section in the back. I was there looking for this cable for 10 mins didn’t find it (I stayed that long because maybe I thought I wasn’t paying much attention). Came back upfront, asked a different employee, she actually helped me look for it and I got it in less than a minute. Other than that, checkout was fast no and problem at all.”

“Unfortunately, the items I needed in the Home Depot in Orange were not in stock. They sent me to the Hamden store. After spending five minutes looking for someone to help me, I was able to find the items I needed. The store was not in the same clean condition as the one in Orange. I would feel more comfortable shopping in Hamden if there was a security guard or two visible. In view of the increase in crime committed in Hamden, I do believe the store would be doing more business with additional staff.”

After couple of visits and failed talks to associates, David Brand sales specialist helped to connect with right people. Today they fixed it. So thank you David for being so patient and prompt help. Good thing is he understood the issue and immediately took action appropriately.”
