There was lots of issues with the process, including the designer(she didn't want to assist once she got her commissions)and install (broken or missing ) but just to run in for soil or light bulbs, ok”

“I could not have had a better experience! I live in Manhattan and had tried three places here to be ghosted by two of them. I walked into Galleria with no expectation and was greeted warmly by Jenuarie and she was fabulous. She was patient in helping me decide what I wanted to do. I thought I could mix tile companies for an accent tile while never considering the exact dimensions of the tiles may not blend. She pointed this out and from that point I changed direction of what I was doing. After picking out tiles we went to the warehouse for the countertop and the first one I saw was the one I wanted. I also learned I need a fabricator which had not been mentioned to me previously. While waiting for sample tiles I saw some beautiful handmade tiles which I now think will be the accent tiles. I ordered one as the company is in California. The rest of the staff was exceptionally kind, helpful and interested in what my plans were when We discussed the hand made tiles. The experience could not have been better. I saw the negative reviews and I can honestly say I can't imagine any of the staff being cold, indifferent or unhelpful. I highly, highly recommend Galleria in Middletown. I just wish we had a place like this in the city!”

After spending five minutes looking for someone to help me, I was able to find the items I needed. The store was not in the same clean condition as the one in Orange. I would feel more comfortable shopping in Hamden if there was a security guard or two visible. In view of the increase in crime committed in Hamden, I do believe the store would be doing more business with additional staff.”

I suggest buying from Foucault's and saving yourself time, money, etc..It took me no time at all with the help of Christine Foucault, Sales Representative, to choose and buy my new Whirlpool washer, Whirlpool dryer and Weber grill. She was knowledgeable, answered my long list of questions , gave me a great price, and did it with a Smile.. The guys who delivered my appliances and grill were respectful, so sweet, polite and efficient. They did not damage anything (as I have had deliveries in past and they damaged my stairs, walls, etc.) they were careful, and cleaned up after themselves. I only have GREAT things to say about Christine and the 4 guys who quickly delivered and installed my new appliances. I had a FABULOUS CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE . I will go back and I will refer all my friends and family to use Foucault's.”
