We Amazon Drivers DO NOT READ! Customers packages are being dropped all over the place and the tacky customer service does not address this concern. Customer experience is HORRIBLE! Zero Stars

This 1star is the result of the Amazon Driver NOT READING INSTRUCTIONS.He/she/it/them keep leaving our packages at the WRONG COMPANY ,in the same building...even though I have our business name on the delivery address and instructions on where our warehouse is. Also instruction to CALL ME if they have issues with the location. Non of our packages arrive at our doorstep..much less at our receptionist(we don't have). The packages may be loss/stolen because of this very irresponsible driver.

Amazon's customer service is not good. If a package is late, especially a prime delivery it should be early the next day not late again. And then they make it so you can't even contact them. Smart but not good business

I've been out on a work related injury a year and because I have a 25 lb lifting restriction I've been forced to survive on a 5th of my pay, workman's compensation instead of transferring me to a position that I can do with this restriction. I've got a college education, I'm unsure why their only leaving a machine operator or heavy laborer position as all I can do!??! No one's even called to see what experience I have, other then building 6 in Cromwell. Very upsetting when I am more than ready to work!

Never have I been more annoyed than to try and watch a movie using my FireTV stick only to have to sit 15 minutes for it to update and then 10 more minutes for it to optimize. Heading to the store to go by Roku. At least I can watch what I want and not be annoyed. THANKS AMAZON FOR NOTHING. It has now been 35 minutes talk about not being truthful. How I wish this company would just go out of business!!!! I went to Walmart and back ridiculous.

I want to thank your Amazon Employee name Jason. He was in our Yalesville neighborhood when he stopped for a cup of Fresh Lemonade. The time was approximately 3:30-4:30.He is such a great, kind young man!!! We want to thank him for stopping and supporting my daughters and we were so happy to have served him an ice cold cup of lemonade.Thank you Jason from Wallingford Amazon.
