They will tell you anything to get the sale! After a very lengthy call I had two locations moving to one, I received quote for two moves same day with 3 men, 1 truck in each. Estimated cost $2000. Called back when I received the details of furniture, spoke to someone else and was told no worries on the details of the furniture as long as I was not forgetting a room. Was advised to change to one move to one crew (still 3 men) pick up at location 1 then to pick up location 2 then to the end location. I expressed my concern of the men working by hr vs job and was assured they are professionals. I talked to them several other times about the move and they continued to go back and forth. I left it up to them as they are the experts. Received a call the day prior to confirm and was told that they should of quoted 4 men at min and maybe 2 trucks. I explained that the furniture list was off, she stated what I was told prior, as long as I did not forget an entire room. Men showed up the following day, incredible workers! Did not know about the 2nd location pickup, and after filling the items all stated we should not risk not having enough room by picking up 2nd location without dropping off. Taking their advise as professionals we did just that. During the unloading of the 2nd pick up and into overtime, all 4 of the men stated that I was not quoted correctly but to make the sale as they typically do. They even asked me if Brenden was the one that quoted the job and said oh he is horrible. After 5 hr of OT and an additional $1935.00 in charges we were done. I called the office the following business day and was told, you must of not told us everything. The Manager Craig got on the call and he and I went back several times, always promising me return calls but never doing so. Asked several if I could speak to his superior as I was not getting any return calls and was told there was no one else I could talk with. Finally today after refusing to hang up Craig got on the call and said too bad, you agreed the men worked hard. Refused to give me a name of someone he reported to. The men worked extremely hard and non stopped. My complaint is their follow up to my complaint and the fact that they low balled the price just to get the sale.

Do not use this company. The movers took off with my microwave oven, toaster oven, ***** crockpot, and **** flatscreen t.v. in a simple "within town" move two years ago. Also, an antique heirloom accordian valued at $500.

I do not recommend this moving company. My wife and I contracted with Father and Son to move a few heavy items that I could not move on my own. The movers dropped one of the drawers out of my TV unit, damaging it, and did not disclose the damage to me. I contacted management, and they took months to respond, before offering to send me a check for $18. The movers showed up at my home smelling of marijuana, which is probably why they were so careless in moving my furniture. The things that bother me the most are the deception, and the poor response.

I hired them months ago to move my things from one place to another only 10 mins away. They were yelling and screaming at each other. Having 4 guys you would like it would be a fast move, no it took 5 hrs to move my things. Not only did they curse at each other, took 5 hrs, they also trashed about 5 piece of furniture. I still have yet to have them fix everything they broke. This was about July it is now October and I still have no irresolution as to if and when they will reimburse me for everything they damaged. DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY ACT LIKE THEY CARE BUT YET AGAIN STILL NOTHING FROM THEM..I WOULD NEVER USE THEM AGAIN

Awful! First of all, 2 guys show up to move me-1BR, with several heavy pieces and multiple boxes, which was explained initially to the guy who did the booking. The 2 older guys get there (grumpy from the start), and look around and state, "this too much for 2 guys" they then walk out to their truck and sit in their truck. I guess they call dispatch, wait no more than 10 min then TAKE OFF! I'm by myself and it's Sunday afternoon with no help and on my last day of the lease. The dispatcher is unapologetic, but gets a 3rd guy there and calls back the other 2. An hour later, they are back and start packing. No apologies! Just miserable. The third guy was friendly...no ill words about him. I remind the other 2 guys several times of how HEAVY a particular expensive and fairly new desk is (>$300.00, 300.00 desk)!!! Not only that, and I didn't submit a claim (stupid me), one of my cabinets (on wheels) got dinged up pretty badly and the top piece was sheared off (it was secured with wooden pegs); in addition, a hole was made in my hallway ceiling trying to get in my oversized couch (I let that one slide). So, to recap...TERRIBLE customer service, careless and rotten movers (2of 3) and ridiculously unfair reimbursement of a new, expensive desk that was handled carelessly! (Especially when I was told it would be replaced in full). I am looking into pursuing this further!
