All the staff are kind and considerate. Dr. Belair is amazing with my dog. She's very knowledgable and thorough. I wouldn't take my animals anywhere else!

We been going to pachaug vet for a bit now and they are amazing are dog is frightened and they always try to distract her and be on floor with her I would recommend anyone who wants a veterinarian who takes time with their pet and listens to come here

Dr. Belair has the knowledge, manner and personality that makes you wish she treated humans and not just pets. I have a senior
Dog with a myriad of health issues that sometimes requires urgent visits, I have another that has social issues, and can’t be around men, and two rambunctious young dogs - they’re always accommodated in a respectful way. The pricing is fair, and the staff are friendly. If I could get treated here myself, I would.

I can't say enough positive about Dr Belair and her staff at Pachaug!
She always goes above and beyond to accommodate us and to care for our German Shepherd.
I had been coming to Dr Gay, prior to Dr Belair, and the continuity of care has been excellent.
Our dog is a bit anxious and everyone has shown compassion and patience in working with her. I particularly appreciate the "team approach" Pachaug uses in involving me in every aspect of "Nika's" health. I highly recomnend Pachaug for high quality care for your four legged family member! :)

Everyone loves on Lulu when she comes in and makes her feel so comfortable. I love how patient they are and we are always able to be seen whenever something comes up.

Dr. Belair and her staff are friendly and helpful, and always work around my pet's needs in a way that makes us very comfortable. They are always very sweet and funny, and willing to work around my vet-anxious dog's quirks with no judgement.

Unbelievable establishment, outrageously disrespect employees and unreasonable charging. Horrible customer service treatment never take your animals here highly wouldn't recommend. They overprice everything every month is different amounts of charges
