Manny & Aries was super helpful and patient with us. They helped my 11 yr old grandson pick out a new phone, transfer data from his old phone, put on the screen protector and case. They even took the time to explain to my grandson how to properly care for his phone. This was a wonderful…easy transaction. I will definitely return to this location for future needs.

HORRIBLE customer service & they are LAZY. A lovely employee by the name of Alize was able to break down all of the issues we’ve been having and if they mention ANYTHING about a new promotion do NOT accept the offer every employee is out to scam you for commission. Worse experience ever

The distracted employee who was flirting or chatting with a customer/friend on Wednesday, December 20th around 6/7pm, closed my account (and shut off my internet) without my permission when I came to return my tv equipment. They asked me no questions— just turned it all off. I checked my receipt and it stated “returned equipment” so I thought everything was fine. But when I arrived back home to work, I had no internet access. After going through several prompts and circles to speak with a representative (who was nice), they said that they couldn’t undo what the employee did and that if I wanted to reconnect my internet I would need a new account, pay whatever the new rate is, and get a credit check. Ridiculous.On top of that, when I came to write a review an article popped up about Xfinity being hacked. “Although Citrix patched the vulnerability in October, Xfinity learned that unauthorized users gained access to its internal systems between Oct. 16 and Oct. 19, revealing customer data. For some people, that included their names, contact information, account usernames and passwords, birthdates, parts of their Social Security numbers and answers to their security questions.”Have a higher standard Xfinity. Protect your customers and train your in-store employees better.

If I could I would give their customer service a zero because none of them when you call no one knows what they're doing and I've only been with them for not even 2 months and everyone does not communicate correctly very one person says something and then they don't do it and I've been having so many problems since I began the internet itself is great but the customer service sucks

Worse customer service experience ever! I feel bad for this generation, they were all busy playing on there phones or getting ready to watch a movie. I've had nothing but trouble paying my bill by phone(discontinued this service) can't get the app to upload on my phone. Can't speak with customer service by phone or in this store either. I'm glad I'm switching to Frontier Fiber Optic.

Today was my first time visiting the Partnered Xfinity Store.The place is clean, nicely laid out, and in a convenient location.My visit today was to return a tv black box with remote and electronic cable.My rep was super helpful and polite, despite her terminal freezing during my visit.My only complaint was how Xfinity sends you a link that makes you fill out forms via your mobile phone, but to get to those forms you must click ALL THE BOXES, to get the agree button to show up to get to those forms.It feels as if Xfinity is trying to sneak something past you.

For residents living in Tolland County like me who use Xfinity for cable and internet service, there's no need to drive all the way to West Hartford. There's that store right in Vernon!Nice, quiet spacious area with enough room for technology displays plus customer service and more.

They told me they'd have to charge me $150 to install home internet. The address has cables, I plugged in my router and it worked. A scam.

The person that helped me was very nice and professional, but another associate was yelling at a customer while laying on the couch. She couldn’t even stand up and approach the customer in a professional manor to handle the difficult situation. She then proceeded the talk poorly about the customer after they left the store, while in front of other customers. This was extremely unprofessional and very difficult to watch as someone who’s run stores like these in the past. I’ll drive to West Hartford in the future to avoid this store.
