I don’t know why this store has such low ratings, I went in after losing my phone in a car fire they handled all the customers that were waiting before me no issue. Got me up and running with a new phone on my current plan all in under an hour. Everyone in store was polite and knowledgeable

Honestly way better customer service than what other reviews were saying. Was completely done in 10 minutes with no issues
