Tried to help but couldn’t do due to regional restrictions on an account. Leaving as 5 star for willing to help, however problem wasn’t solved.

I went in with a busted router and got it replaced quickly and efficiently. The employee that helped me (Isaiah) was kind and professional, the smoothest experience I’ve had at an xfinity store.
