Needed a better hot water system in the house, the in boiler coil heater wasn't getting the job done after years of poor hot water delivery. Settled on an in-direct water heater. Contacted several service providers and WHM was by far the lowest cost, so had some questions/concerns, but made the decision to go with Mark and now very happy we did. Communication was great, addressed my many questions and some concerns about tank placement, etc. In the end worked out awesome and they did a great job and were very clean, and definitely the most reasonable. 1st day with new water heater is a hit with everyone... we actually have more than a trickle of hot water, so showers are no longer an adventure with spotty hot water available. Would recommend and use again.

We had a new hot water heater installed 2 years ago. We recently saw an issue with it (these things can happen) and contacted Mark immediately. Mark and his team not only made it a priority to come out to our house immediately and replace the tank, he worked with the supplier and manufacturer to submit the warranty claim for the old tank. He stayed on top of the claim and had us reimbursed for the cost of the new tank within 2 weeks. He worked diligently to make things right, and we truly appreciate it. He did an awesome Job, professional, noticed I didn't have a pressure regulator, which also caused problems. My water heater was old and he came and did an amazing Job - he also sealed up and insulated around the vent and tubes. Always hire a professional, that's why I called the Water Heater Medic!

Skip this guy and move on to the next plumber.Didn't do research on warranty coverage on a unit he installed himself and billed unnecessarily for services done after WE did his legwork. He also had a terrible attitude with his customer when questioned. Shady shady shady!

Water Heater went out Fri AM. Spent the day calling around to get quotes & sense of timing for fastest replacement. Mark from Water Heater Medic was by far the most helpful on the phone - asked me to text him photos of my busted water heater so he'd know exactly what I need. Price was competitive although not the cheapest - they were within 10% of Home Depot. He gave me confidence that they would do what they committed to for the price he'd given. They did some setup work offsite & showed up first thing Mon AM & were in & out within an hour. Great job & worth a bit more $. Will definitely use again.

Water heater broke late on a Thursday. Having big party at the house on Saturday. Left an after hours message expecting a call the next day but Mark responded to my message Thursday night and by Friday afternoon had the water heater replaced at a very competitive price. Quality job, clean, thorough.

Mark from Water Heater Medic did an outstanding job. From the first phone call to determine the price to setting up my appointment to the actual installation, everything was terrific. After determining that my water heater replacement/installation in the basement would not be a complicated one (e.g., no stairs, no tight spaces), he gave me a bit of a discount. The final price he quoted me was lower than everyone else. (I would say much lower because I don't want to give the impression that his price was suspiciously cheap in exchange for shoddy work. His work was in fact excellent and an outstanding value.) Setting the appointment was quick and painless. Mark worked around my busy schedule, which I very much appreciated. During the installation, Mark kept me informed of what he was doing. The whole process only took about an hour and he left my home just as clean as it was before he arrived. I will use Water Heater Medic for all of my future water heater needs and would definitely recommend them.

Mark replaced my propane water heater this spring, along with some surrounding plumbing. If you need a new water heater, this is the way to go. Mark makes sure you're getting the right water heater for your space and does an excellent job installing it. Totally worry free for the customer. Thanks!
