This used to be a great pharmacy at one time years ago. However, For whatever reasons they have lost all their good help. One by one all the good employees in the pharmacy have left. It takes anywhere from 4 to 7 days to get a prescription refilled. That is ridiculous! Most pharmacies can fill a prescription within a couple of hours. It seems like this pharmacy is very disjointed; when the pharmacist is supposed to order a prescription, somehow it never gets ordered. I have to call time and time again to check on when my prescription will be ready. I'm always told it's on order. We'll call you when it's ready. After a week?? It seems like they have many substitute, pharmacists, and one does not know what the other is doing. Their system is flawed, and that there is no prioritizing of prescriptions.

Stopped in to pick up a prescription and to grab a sale item in the cosmetics department. Great price but they were all gone. Clean store with lots of options.

I'm all for the pharmacists needing a lunch break. But if I'm sitting at the window making eye contact with someone in the drive thru, waiting to be helped, and the "Pharmacist not on duty" sign goes up, I have every right to be irritated. I'm the only one in line, yet they can look directly at me and still put that sign up with no remorse. Awful customer service.

Poor pharmacy hours erratic service. Pharmacies close to soon. Yeah I was not conducive to all the retirees or some working people.

I would usually give this store 5 stars but after yesterday it's only 2.. I made an appointment to get my Pfizer booster for 3:45. When I got there I filled out the paperwork and was cashed out. Another couple came in for flu shots after me; they don't need appointments, and then 2 others for the booster. There was only 1 pharmacist on, who was busy. He came around, called the 2 people for the flu shot first. By the time I got my shot it was 4:15, 1/2 hour after my scheduled time. If Walgreens can't put on another pharmacist to do vaccines then people should give there money to a pharmacy that will.

My doctor has prescribed me a medication increase. The pharmacist has taken it into her decision, with no knowledge of my background, to determine she will not fill it because it is "too much of an increase". No, you do not get to choose that. My doctor, who is aware of my medical history and knowledge of why I am prescribed this drug has decided this. She did agree to refill my prescription of the amount of the old dose because "I guess it was a therapeutical dose". I am disgusted with the snap judgement and assumption that took place and will be changing my whole family to a different pharmacy immediately.

Convenient location, and plenty of spaces in the parking lot. Store is clean and well stocked, and they have a lot of different makeup brands to choose from! I appreciate how many cruelty/free products they offer.

Horrible experience. Went to pick up prescription. Talked down to. Ignore. Long wait. Rushed. I asked questions told to look at paper but next person they explained everything to. Pharmacist didnt even tell me what I'm picking up just said they are the same and we only have one. Which you want? The cashier threw my bags with the bottles in it across. Not placed. Not handed. Threw. Said bye. No have a good day. No nothing.

Every month there's an insurance issue with my prescriptions? Pre authorization is done ones a year! Not every month! I've gone weeks, months at a time without... When I get all upset with them, the response I get is not in stock and we have to order it..... What!

Very poorly run pharmacy. I always get a hassle. I reply to the text and I am still told I have to wait 20 minutes. It's prepackaged birth control. Not like they have to count them.

No one at checkout register with 3 people waiting in line. When the cashier decided to check us out, she took her time sauntering over like she was doing us a favor, then I did not get the sale price on the item I was buying, so gave up and walked out. Another time went for a flu vaccine after filling out and printing it out online. After going to store, was told they were out of vaccine.

I went in here looking for a product that they listed online as in stock. I couldn't find said product. I asked a cashier for help and she walked me to the area I had already looked in and said something to the effect of "I'm usually stuck at the registers so I don't know. Your best bet is to come back tomorrow." I asked if she could look the product up in their system, because once again it showed them as having 6-9 available via their website. B**** caught an attitude with me and said she'd page a manager. 10ish or so minutes later, I asked if there was a manager in the store because none had responded to the page. "They're probably busy doing a million other things" she snapped back before paging them again. Mind you I was literally the only person in this shithole of a store at that point. I waited another 10 or so minutes before putting everything I had picked up down and leaving the store. Horrible costumer service & they don't have items advertised online (the only reason I came here in the first place). I'll stick with CVS from now on.
