simply called to see if they had an appointment and what they charged for a child's pedicure. the woman cut me off, and said "we don't have time today at all!! we don't have time! we are all booked"...I replied I was just calling for a price you don't need to be rude. i would never go there for the simple fact of just being brushed off before even making an appointment! POOR customer service!

Call and ask a question and they scream “NO” and hang up. That’s great business practice. By illegal this person means inquiring about servicing new potential customers. You’re a joke for that response claiming a lie about illegal activities. And yes, a place with actual respect got our business. Judging by the other reviews here about your rudeness you need to reevaluate yourself and take customer service classes.

First I will start by saying that Mimi is absolutely wonderful. I called yesterday to make an appointment and she was able to get me in first thing this morning before work. She is extremely friendly and makes conversation with you throughout the manicure unlike other places I've been to where you sit in silence. You can tell that she loves her job and make sure that the customer is always happy. Her salon is extremely clean and organized, something to keep in mind if you would like to pay a visit to this salon is they are appointment only.

The service and atmosphere are outstanding. I have never been somewhere where the employees make you feel like you are their best friend from the moment you enter the establishment. More than that; the longer I visit the business, the more I'm treated like family.

I paid way too much for crappy nails
Wanted French tips and I could have done them myself and they would of been better. The ladies are nice and friendly but I will never go back there. I got them done on Wednesday and they all fell off by Sunday
