Vernon Gardens is I really nice facility. It is super clean and the staff are always available to fix or replace anything. If need be as soon as possible really nice pool. It’s open during the summertime and a nice walking trail in the back. The owner is very humble understanding. The facility is also off of a main road, but still allows you privacy being that the apartments are tucked away in the back highly recommended

Peter has been a huge asset to me and one of the reasons I continue to keep my brother in 33A. He goes above and beyond to help my brother. He returns my calls in a timely manner and is alway very professional.

My wife and I moved in 4 years ago. The crew at Vernon Gardens is on top of everything. One call and they are at your door. The property manager, Pietr is always trying to improve things

I've lived here for the last 3 years and have nothing but great things to say. Any maintenance I needed was always completed very quickly. They're constantly adding/improving/maintaining the complex. For example, since I've been here they have:
1. Planted trees throughout the complex
2. Finished building and opening up the pool during the summers
3. Repainted the laundry room floor of my block (multiple times)
4. Added lampposts to the visitor parking lot
Additionally, the propter manager, Pietr Gjelaj goes above and beyond. I had some unfortunate circumstances occur soon after I had moved in and Pietr, along with the owner of the complex, went out of their way to help me. Pietr was exceptionally responsive and took the time to talk through the situation with me. Both he and the owner have been nothing but respectful and compassionate toward me throughout my time here.

I've lived here at Vernon Gardens for 7 years, its a quiet community, its relatively safer with the security upgrades. The team has always dealt with any issues I've had promptly... we just need a fenced in area to let the dogs be dogs, as long as the tennants maintain it.

Our Daughter had an Apartment at Vernon Gardens and had pasted away. The property Manager Pietr Gjelaj helped us tremendously to keep the apartment secure from an acquaintance of my daughter that was with her the day she passed and ended up staying in the apartment afterwards. Pietr immediately let us know that this person was staying in our daughter's apartment. When that person finally left Pietr immediately changed the locks and gave us the new keys. Pietr offered us help in removing anything we did not want to take and get rid of it for us. He gave us time to figured out when we could get all her belonging out of the apartment and kept a close eye on who was coming and going into the apartment. Pietr is a kind and compassionate man that was there for us every step of the way while dealing with our daughter's untimely death. We thank him and his crew from the bottom of our hearts for their help.

A wonderful quiet community, I truly find it peaceful here. I the pool and hiking trails are fantastic extras, and the apartments are top notch. The management and staff go above and beyond. A+

My job was transferred otherwise I would have never left. This was similar to a framily experience with the office and staff. It is safe and staff is always on property, snow removal is amazing. I definitely recommend this complex

I love Vernon Gardens. It's a great place to live. Maintenance is right there if you need them.The trail and the Hockanum River are beautiful. The grounds are just lovely.I will stay here for a long time. I've been here 4 years now. Oh, and my dog loves it here as well!

I have been a resident of Vernon Garden Apartments for nearly 5 years. I am appreciative of the secure, quiet, atmosphere and supportive community. I transitioned from an older unit to an updated townhouse with ease. I enjoy a beautiful remodeled apartment with updated appliances. I have the pleasure of enjoying 2 comfortable bathrooms. The full bathroom has the perfect shower walls that are easy to clean. The grounds are well kept and are a pleasure to share with the neighborhoods four legged friend. Peter has been prompt and helpful with every request, responding timely. All the Maintanance workers work fast and are friendly. My stay here has been fantastic and I have been happy to call this place home. Peter is so easy to talk to that I would consider him a friend not just the “property guy”. I would absolutely recommend considering Vernon Gardens for your home!
