We recently helped our daughter purchase a Jeep Grand Cherokee from VAS and it was a great experience. Due to our work schedules, we were unable to make it to the dealership until close to their closing time. They didn't rush us at all and made sure we had plenty of time to test drive. Jason was fantastic to work with and ensured we got the best financing rate possible. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone in the market for a vehicle!

I have purchased a few cars over the years, but my experience at Vernon Auto Sales was the absolute best. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and made me feel completely comfortable. All of my future purchases will be here at Vernon Auto Sales. I highly recommend them. I didn't have to spend my whole Saturday there lol I was in and out, I loved that.

For once an honest and respectable car dealership. They were professional, honest, and nice. Great service and I will definitely be back for all my auto needs. Highly recommend for anyone that is looking too deal with honest people when buying a used car.

We had a phenomenal experience at Vernon Auto Sales. Their approach was very welcoming and personable. When buying a car it’s so important to not feel pressured or judged. From looking at the truck to test driving, to breaking down the process to make the experience easy and enjoyable, to buying the truck and giving us the best deal for our trade in was amazing. UPDATE: very disappointed in the service after purchase, it was leaking oil so went back. They changed the oil cooler housing I got it back started going down the road and anti skid,, anti lock, brake lights came on and check engine light so turned around went back, supposedly they fixed the issue started down the road again and same thing happened so turned around went back. after sitting there all day they let me use a vehicle to take home so they could fix the problem. I went back they said they fixed a loose battery terminal and that there was a part on back order that they'd let me know when its in so drove to the gas station down the road where I noticed they broke my front drivers side fender light and didn't tell me and also haven't called me back yet, still waiting on that part that's on back order I guess for about 2 months now for them to fix the known/reported issue(s). I 'WAS' happy with everything until this point, now I'm second guessing my first opinions sad to say. Especially them breaking the light and not saying something, it had to be known the small light is thick and doesn't break easy, its cheap enough for me to replace myself but makes me think what else are they hiding, doing me wrong with... especially taking this long for a part supposedly on back order and it's getting worse starting. Feels more like it was a brush off now!!! Changed my review from 5 to 1 for now due to this.

These guys are a joke, they took more than a week to bother sending the title to my vehicle and when I called asking about a simple fix in my car the guy on the other end of the phone started laughing hysterically at me. Wouldn’t recommend going to them.

I am so happy--Jason and Carlos at VAS are so amazing! I love my Mercedes SUV--its beautiful and drives great. Jason had me in and out of the shop in a half an hour--made the whole process so easy for me. I highly recommend Vernon Auto Sales & will be having my car serviced with them as well! Great place, great people, great vehicles!

they guided me through smoothly through the whole process. They worked urgently to get me into my car within 4 days. I love my new car but when it's time to upgrade I'll definitely be back!
