Associate working, Andrew Curtis was extremely helpful in assisting me and also assisted 2 other customers who walked in after me all while getting my upgraded up and going. Super professional and was able to service 3 customers at the same time. This is exactly why I choose this particular location for my Verizon account and service

I just want to say that the store manager Tommy was absolutely amazing. My screen went out and I showed up about 30 minutes before closing. He brought me in and worked quickly and efficiently to get me set up with a great deal and a great new phone. I left happy and relieved.

I opted to go directly to a store and have a representative help me contact support services that I was on the phone with yesterday at my home but the calls kept getting dropped or would come in and out in conversation... The reason why I was trying to contact customer support. The only representative in the store before closing was a gentleman helping two other customers simultaneously. He seemed to resolve one of them and kept checking on the other one as he addressed my issues. I told him that I wanted to contact customer service from here because I couldn't do it from my house where I'm having the issue. At first he was a little hesitant but he understood my situation and said that he would be happy to try. After dialing in being on hold being transferred being on hold we got to a customer service rep and at first she sounded a little resistant to my issue and my demand but ultimately she resolved my issue and Tommy was very supportive throughout the whole conversation. I hope Verizon acknowledges & rewards him for his 8 years of committed service with the company as it seems every time I go into a Verizon there's never the same two faces... So, in my mind, I see that & feel they are sorry stage, overworked & underpaid & maybe not appreciated for all that they have to tolerate with the customers as well as keeping up with all the training. Tommy made it a very comfortable and pleasurable experience for me in my time of total frustration with my Verizon service over the years. ?

I needed a new phone after mine was submerged in water. I drive by Verizon every day on my way to and from work so I decieded to go inside instead of dealing with over the phone sales. I had Tommy as my rep and he was tremendous. He listened to all my needs and recommended a phone he thought would suit me best. I had a great experience, and would definitely recommend Tommy to anyone. He’s very polite, attentive, and knowledgeable.

Tommy is the man. Haven’t upgraded my phone since 2016 because I absolutely hate going to actual Verizon stores. Tommy made it quick, easy and was entirely transparent throughout the process. Didn’t try to sell me on anything I didn’t need and I will 100% return to this location in the future.

It would be less than a star if I could. Messed up all my contacts and calendar when they finally transferred my phone which took 4 months, not because of availability, because of lack of knowledge and communication. I will never recomend them and that anyone go directly to Verizon. They never have what you want either and they make you wait at least a week even with promotions. They also took my phone for a trade in even though it had no value which they shouldn't have done. They cancelled Disney plus whith out our knowledge and said our bill would decrease substantially and it increased. They are not to be trusted at all

My wife and recently purchased two new iPhones from Russell wireless in Vernon. Autumn was our customer service provider and made the purchase and transfer of data from phone to phone seamless and was very friendly.

I have been to this store multiple times over the years and have nothing but good things to say about the employees I have delt with there. My most recent trip to this store was to get a new phone. Not only was the staff member I delt with helpful and honest, he also saved me hundreds of dollars by helping me to find the correct phone for me. He didn't try to sell me a phone with features that would be useless to me. He told me what phone would be best for my needs and what phones would essentially be a waste of money for me seeing as I don't need the latest and greatest technology. I would definitely recommend this store to other verizon customers. It would be great if there were more employees in the world like this person. Honest, knowledgeable, helpful, and genuinely interested in helping the customer.

Worst service I have ever witnessed. They will sell you a phone or plan or both but will not do anything else. Might as well fire these people and place a self service kiosk instead. In my case I stopped to hook up my Google pixel pro and switched over to Verizon which has no customer support at night or weekends despite stating otherwise. I was told I could turn on hotspot at any time without Verizon involved and that was incorrect. Phone also was not registered right and so I can't login to my Verizon account. I call a Britney who works there does nothing but sound like I woke her up from a nap and tells me t contact customer care which is wild as the problem is their setup of the phone and I can't get through the prompts as my number doesn't show up. So yeah...signed up for a service that doesn't work.

Be very careful with this Store for it's Black Friday Deals and sales team properly giving Verizon offer details. When I went there in 2020, their sales staff looked up our Account and told me the we could get free iPhone12 with our existing trade-in and if we took unlimited plan for both my wife and I. Later after the deal, on Verizon Web Site, I saw we were charged $1,200 each with a meager $4.00+ credit per month. I went back in, and a different sales person told me "Yes, Phones are free, and that Verizon site is not up-to-date. After being charged in first bill, Manager at Store indicated he would address it to Verizon Sales Rep. Then I got put off on status by Manager, claiming Verizon sales was out sick. I reached out to Russell Cellular, who relayed that Vernon store controls everything. Then Store manager in January, said his staff told him that neither of them told me is was free, and its a "he said, she said" so I was stuck.I will never go in their store again, to ever buy anything. If you need tech help at no cost, their staff handles it. But I clearly was mislead.

Tommy is a great guy, got us in and out fast. Doesn’t try to sell you everything in the store and has a good attitude.
