We ordered for pick up via the app, two different transactions to use our rewards. Luz, an employee at this Taco Bell location, was extremely rude and nasty while barely explaining their policy on not being able to give two separate pick up orders through the drive thru. I understand this is a policy placed by corporate, but there's a better way to enforce said policy than speaking so unprofessionally to a customer.We asked if we could back up a little to trip the sensor, if that was the issue. She responded with: "nah we ain't doing that". They made us circle around twice and wait in line two times for 7 minutes (each time) for two orders made by the same two people in the same car, even though both orders were ready to be picked up. We got into a bit of an argument with Luz at the drive thru window. They did not put the extra sauces for my order or give me a fork, even though I ordered a meal that required a fork. I had to share my boyfriend's fork after he ate his meal. The crunchwrap barely had any meat in it.I get that this is a Taco Bell but at the end of the day, there should be a certain quality of service, even with fast food restaurants. There was no quality in the service we received. There's no reason why any employee working in the service industry should ever speak like that to a customer. If there was an issue with communication or inability to explain said policy, Luz should have gotten her manager to explain things in a calm, patient, and logical manner as to avoid a confrontation that happened that night.If Luz, IS the manager at this establishment, then that makes a lot of sense why this specific location has a bad reputation in the town of Vernon.

Couldn't order food at counter. Staff was fairly rude about it. Food was decent. Dining room and kitchen were quite the mess.

The franchise owner needs to be removed and the whole place cleaned out. I’ve been to Taco Bell’s in over 20 different states. This Vernon location is consistently the worse I’ve ever been. Love Taco Bell. This is really a shame.

PROs- food , location , indoor seating , drive throughCONs- serviceeeeee,Stopped in for a quick meal. ? I like the kiosks to order stuff . Lots and lots of items in the menu . Easy to order it through their kiosks. Lots and lots of seating inside to dine in. Drive in available … restrooms available too..Wish the service was good . We didn’t have card , so had to order there . Whoever working were busy . Wish they had one more employee to help them . Took some time and atlast got our order . Food was good . Always love their chalupas. Overall a good experience with food but service could be better ..

I came here to get my food and it took an hour for them to make it. I waited at the counter and everyone working looked at me and didn't say a word. I am also vegetarian. And my son got a 5 layer burrito it wasn't even 5 layers and had beef. I swapped it out with beans but they didn't care. I got a replacement ofc but still this is ridiculousVegetarian options: It's grea bu check before u eat because they make mistakes

I think someone needs to check their service. Several times, it's happened to me. I usually order vegetables chalupa, spicy potato soft taco, and burritos, but the fillings seem lacking. It's like I'm just eating tortilla with sauce and lettuce. And what's the point of the filling if you only get 2-3 pieces of potato in the spicy potato soft taco

Had an issue with the app where someone took my order. The manager, Vincent, helped me out as best as he could and apologized even when it was no fault of his own or the rest of the staff.

To be honest the quesilldua was bomb that was so good could added a little more cheese and did ask for easy on the side but still was amazing . One of the employees was great he was welcomeing and even a goodbye greeting! Never got that at TOCO bell but over all a 4/5 some flaws but I had a good

Stay away from this Taco Bell! During a recent visit, their parking lot was a mess. My husband fell in one of the handicapped parking spots and caused an issue with his thigh. The entryway was not cleared of ice and snow. The manager on duty couldn't find our $24.66 order, which we placed at an inside kiosk. Over the past few years, our orders have never been right; something is always missing.
