I brought my daughter to Suburban Subaru a few weeks ago to buy her first new car and we were helped by John Woodman, and I am very happy we were. John listened very closely to her regarding what she was looking for and the price range she desired and found the perfect car for her in a matter of minutes. She got the color she wanted and all the options she wanted, and we got a good deal on her trade and the price of the car also. John is a no hard sell type of guy, his mission appears to make what can be like going to the dentist a very pleasant experience. I was so impressed with him last weekend I drove over to Suburban Subaru with my wife and bought myself a new Subaru and had the same painless experience a second time, and I am loving the new Subaru. Thanks again John for a very painless experience.

I bought my latest car here, a 2019 Outback Limited and it's easily the best car I've ever owned. From greeting me at the door, to the test drive, to the financing process, everything was seamless. I of course bought the extended warranty (no phonecalls please) and I've had to use it once or twice and the service department has always been there to fix whatever pops up. If you're in the market for a new vehicle, go see the people at Suburban Subaru. You won't be disappointed!

Three years ago, I went to Suburban Subaru full of disappointment with a recurring engine issue for my outback. John Tyler listen to my issues with concern and compassion. We spoke at length and he helped me realize that leasing a car was a good fit for me. Today I picked up my second lease from Suburban Subaru. Again I showed up to John this time with financial issues that had me doubtful I would be able to do business. John again helped me find a car that suited my needs and my pocketbook. I hope Peter understands the value of a sales person such as John. I know I do.

Fantastic experience. Dan is a wonderful salesman to work with. He isn't pushy at all and listens to what you're asking for. The entire process was smooth. They have a lot of vehicles to choose from in all different budget ranges. I highly recommend shopping here.

Worst experience ever Tech girl was new doing emissions tests and watched her drive customers cars erstically and bang their doors during testing into a wall she pulled their car in so close to..when my turn came she pulled a vehicle out and reved it up and almost plowed into my passenger side door she had no apolology and tried to brush it off as did Mr Hutchinson the Service Manager he was trying to cover for her and did nothing but be dissmissive and be rude..finally he coughed out an apology after i caught him lying when he said the girl tech had plenty of experience but Randy the licensed emissions tech confirmed to the contrary and it was questionable if she was even liscdend for emissions testing Mr Hutchinson took no vosideration for me or even acted like he cared..if this is what they do for simple emmission tests I cannot see why anyone would buy a car from this dealership as you would be just throwing your money away and cannot trust them to even be honest about simple things to take responsibility so cannot even think of spending thousands of dollars at this deslerdhip for a car. Worst customer service ever and Mr. Hutchinson is a joke and shows no common courtesy to rectify any problem he appears very lazy and not interested ..just doing bear minimum to get through the day.

We went to Suburban because they had a couple of Crosstrek hybrids that we'd been looking at for months. We had previously looked at this car at another dealership. Our experience with Suburban was excellent. Justin got us right into the test drive and gave us the space and time we needed to make our decision. He explained everything clearly and was very patient. I would definitely recommend Suburban Subaru for a vehicle purchase - everyone was friendly, professional, and efficient. I didn't feel like I was getting a hard sell at all.

I went to Suburban Subaru because of their good online reviews and because they had a base model Forester on the lot that I wanted to see and test drive, and I'm glad I did! John Woodman, my sales associate, treated me like a valued customer. I couldn't have asked for better customer service, and I highly recommend him. He was personable, attentive, answered all my questions, and told me everything about the car. I appreciated that there was no pressure to buy, and no attempt to sell me a more expensive car. He seemed transparent/honest, always helpful, and professional. I bought the car that day, and Tiera, my finance associate, was also helpful, professional, and answered all my questions.

My first experience getting into a brand new vehicle and it went better than I could've imagined. I did my due diligence and visited other dealerships and landed on Suburban. John Woodman my salesman made the entire process effortless and seamless on my end. His experience certainly shines through and provides a level of comfort. Solid communication throughout the process, even texts after his office hours. John went above and beyond in my eyes. I didn't feel pressured, there was no up-selling and I felt like I was being treated fairly. Overall a positive experience and I highly recommend Suburban Subaru. I love my 2024 Legacy and am excited to be a part of the Subaru family. Thank you!

I bought my pre-owned Forester here in December 2019 and had a great experience. Bill did a great job helping me find what I was looking for without pressure, gave me some touch up paint because the car had a few dings, and still emails to check in every so often.This is the only place I’ve taken my car for service and for good reason. Like the sales experience their service department is low-pressure, honest and fair. I had my oil changed last week and noticed afterwards that my AC fan was making a loud noise so I took it in today without an appointment. They got me right in because they didn’t want to make me wait for what was likely to be an easy fix, found the leaf that was stuck in the fan from when they’d inspected the cabin air filter, and I was in and out in five minutes. I’ll never stop bringing my car here!
