We dropped our car off for our 30k mile service 2 days before a big road trip. Our Service Rep Keith was very receptive to our needs, providing us with a loaner car, he also gave us a realistic timeline for job completion and a complimentary car wash when finished. Needless to say, our trip went off without a hitch, the car performed perfectly and we drove with the confidence that our vehicle was up to the task.
Thank you to Keith and his team for a job well done!

Regular service interval. Dealership I brought from previously provided them at no cost. Probably a benefit of buying from them. On check in at Suburban Subaru, I saw an estimate for something like $400. I asked the person checking me in what it was about. “Oh, it just says that”. I signed. I was signing for the cost of the service, which was not what I expected. On completion, I was asked to pay that $400. I let them know my expectation and they worked it down to a lower cost, saying it was the best they could do. Good customer service given the situation. I guess it’s my fault for not reading the paperwork and trusting the check in person.
Fast forward to yesterday, I go to change my own oil and the oil plug is stuck and I strip the bolt trying to loosen it. Did the tech use an impact gun to put the oil plug back with a quickness? Maybe. Did they tighten to spec using a torque wrench? Less likely. I don’t really know. Strike two and I’m out.
Now I’ve got an oil plug to extract in my driveway before I can change my oil. Cool.

BUYER BEWARE: If you want to buy a vehicle that is secure and everything works as it should do not buy from here. They buy junk cars that look good and sell them for profit without fully checking everything or caring about the people they sell to. I brought my car back not even a week after they sold it to me, the ac wasn’t working and it was making crazy noises. They fixed one of the noises, and then had me pick it up while it was still making noise when I drove away. They said that there is probably a leak in the system and that’s why the ac wasn’t working but they filled it and added some dye to see if there was a leak. Wouldn’t specify weather they would fix it or not. They said that I could trade it in for 5K less than I purchased it for. Refused to buy it back from me, and when I went to see what I could get for it elsewhere I was offered much less. The sales guy Bruce literally laughed and said at least my situation isn’t as bad as the guy who bought a car from them and the engine needed to get replaced right after the warranty expired a few months after he bought the car. They didn’t do anything about that either. So I was backed into a corner and really needed a car, they had me drive a few other cars to see if they were good, I brought two back because they were making noises and riding rough. These guys will steal from you with a smile on their face. When I went to finally purchase a car that wasn’t having any visible issues, the sales guy literally said “now we’re stuck with the other car and aren’t even sure what to do with it, probably going to have to junk it.” As if I should feel bad for the company that assured me it was a good purchase in the first place because they didn’t do their due diligence to make sure it was looked through thoroughly before listing it. There’s so much more I could say for my nightmare of an experience, but I won’t write a novel here. On the outside they look like a reputable dealer, the inside is far from it. Look elsewhere, trust me, you’ll be better off.
