Convenient location, but bad if busy. Today a lady left her door open against the office, so i had to walk around to the other side, and a car pulling in almost hit me...nobody apologized or anything. Great ending for my commute home.

Disgusting attitude from management and the crew towards customers and also using the "pandemic" as an excuse to provide zero customer service. I accidently bought 2 of the same item during my regular weekly bulk shopping. Sometimes as people with regular 10 to 12 hour work shifts we generally get exhausted and bound to make mistakes. I went back to the cashier that checked me out and explained that I wanted to return one of the 2 I bought since it was just over a minute ago. She said yes, just bring it to the Customer service counter, so I did. After waiting for about 5 min, another associate walks upto me with a bad attitude and lecturing me about the "all sales are final" rule during the covid crisis. I told him that I'm doing exactly what the cashier told me to do...he said, "shes also just an associate sir". I have NO idea what that implies, does that mean your store associates can say whatever they want but they may not be honest and could be false information?? He called up his manager as a sense of formality to make an exception here but ultimately was denied the refund anyways. I could hear the tone in his voice as he painfully had to get rid of me from the counter for this minor refund. This isn't about affordablity or me being a miser. I could very well ignore the situation and walk away but one thing I despise is lack of respect for customers and that's clearly seen here at the management of this stop and shop. I spend over 100s of dollars weekly at this store but I won't be coming back ever. You lost a big ticket customer for a measly amount of 8.99.You can keep it!

Convenient location and it's right across the road from Stop & Shop grocery. Prices are usually competitive. Wish I could use my digital Stop & Shop rewards card at the pump. Very inconvenient to have to go up to the window, estimate how much gas I need, do the math to reduce the price by whatever my rewards are per gallon, pay, go pump and then go back to the window for a refund if I over estimated.
