Schneider installed flooring for me about 6 years ago which was great.

I stopped by looking for a carpet for stair treads, but it had to have very specific characteristics due to my wife’s severe allergy to Latex. Paul went significantly above and beyond my expectations, taking a good amount of time to work with me to find a carpeting solution that would be usable for my purpose. In the process, he ensured my wife would be safe when coming home from major back surgery where her falling would be catastrophic. Paul, my wife and I cannot thank you enough. Terrific place for flooring (and, I found out, a lot more!).

As soon as I walked into Schneider’s Flooring America, I knew it’s where I would purchase my stair carpet from. Ambre was amazing, I’m sure she could tell I was super lost, and without being pushy or overly “salesperson” like, she excitedly looked at my pictures and listened to my ideas and ran around the store with me to find the perfect carpet in a good range. I ended up choosing an option she had brought up and a different route than what I imagined and it was perfect! I didn’t get quotes from anywhere else as I didn’t find what I wanted from other stores so I can’t speak to the price point, but the carpet I chose wasn’t a budget breaker and I was good with the pricing based off the service.They communicated during the entire process, estimate was easily done, and Ambre even emailed me to make sure the small details I was asking about were covered and she just went above and beyond. I work in customer service, so I can attest to how great she did. She handled multiple customers without making me feel like a burden.Install went great too, If I remember correctly, Jeff was his name. He also did great, small details were nailed and he got the job done in a timely manner and without damage to the area outside what you’d expect for having carpet installed, touch ups were minimal and I was thankful for that!Overall very happy and will be going back to them for my bedroom carpet later on!

From the moment I called them to installation, they were polite, Courteous and professional.Everything went smooth with my mothers floor who is 92 and is very picky. My family and i are extremely happy with the end results. I would highly recommend them and use them again for the future!

very friendly and helpful sales staff. Everything went smooth, wood was delivered on time, and floor was installed as scheduled. Installers were very experienced and completed the job quickly, they went a beyond the contract and installed 1/4 round (for a little tip) around the entire room and closets. Only disappointment was the follow up, there was none. I would expect after spending that much money, someone would check in to see if we were happy with the work, but nothing.We went with a golden teak Acacia wood, beautiful. Here are some photos.

Schnieder’s installed carpet in our upstairs. They did great work, their installation crew was professional and clean. Good communication. The store had lots of options, perfect to dream but also plenty of options. Will we be back? Certainly and I happily encourage others to do the same.

I cannot thank Paul and his crew enough for the beautiful job they did in replacing carpet in my home. It was the last room in our house with carpet. Paul spent a considerable amount of time with us to decide on a high end laminate flooring option and the result were absolutely beautiful. We picked a product the had the look and feel of weathered barn wood that gave our room a beautiful facelift. In addition to that Paul helped us to find a product that also could withstand our 3 dogs and had a pet protection guarantee. We have an older dog who occasionally has digestive issues and gets sick. In the past cleaning the carpet became more challenging and now if our fur baby gets sick, the cleanup is so easy and with no damage to the floor. Thank you again to the entire crew at Schneider's Flooring, your professionalism and timeliness of installation made it a pleasure to do business with you!

Does not pay it's contractors. rather makes a scandal out of a mere 600$, creating stories, why they dont wanna pay the sub contractor.

Went to write a review on Schneider's website and give less than 5 stars and my review was rejected. (Looks like all the reviews are 5 stars I didn't look at every review just the first few pages.) I wasn't going to give 1 star, but now I am. Very unprofessional with huge lack of communication. Someone came up to the house to give an initial estimate. Once that was done I reached to out after a couple weeks of working with the insurance company. Receptionist told me that the estimator would get back to me on Monday. Hadn't heard anything in a week or two until I received an email from him saying they can start the work in 3 weeks.Emailed him 2 days before the date to find out what time they were coming. I was told between 8-9 am. The subcontractor called and said they were on their way but had trouble finding the house. Come to find out that Schneider's gave them the correct street address, but incorrect town. When they finally showed I asked both the workers there and the subcontractor on the phone to notify me when they were done for the day. This did not happen. They also failed to inform me what time they were coming on the second day. I assumed it was the same time as the first day. I tried to reach out several times to find out what was going on and no answer. I finally left for work a couple hours late and received a call telling me they would be there in the afternoon. I asked to be notified of when they are on their way so I can head to my house to let them in. They called me saying they were waiting at my house. I also asked to be notified again when they were done and what time they were coming on the third day. They told me 9am for the third day which was a Saturday. They did not notify me again when they left for the day on the second day. They also didn't show up until 10:30am on Saturday to finish the work.After I was able to walk on the floors. I noticed that they must not have covered the lower cabinets because there was saw dust all over everything inside and out. I had to spend a couple hours cleaning dishes and cabinets.When I went to reinstall my dishwasher I found that a part of the cabinet was broken. It was not broken off, but it was wacked out of place. No one told me that they damaged the cabinet.Again, super unprofessional with little communication. My requests to be notified when people are coming and going so I can plan my day accordingly is not unreasonable. Customer service goes a long way. Unfortunately, they don't know proper customer service.It's too bad the floors look nice, but I won't use or recommend them.

This is an old fashioned customer service oriented excellent company that is a rare thing these days! They did what they said they would do, when the said they would do it, and did a perfect job, for the price quoted! Paul and Pat are excellent with getting you through the process and the end result was beautiful flooring.

Working with Jocelyn was a breeze. She helped me identify a carpet using a photo over the phone and was able to set aside samples for me to pick up ASAP - less contact during COVID was a major plus for me. She was informative and friendly. Our installer was prompt, friendly, and efficient. We love the new stair runner and wish we had done it sooner!

Store was nicely laid out, unfortunately they are too busy for us.We stopped in on a Friday afternoon, on our day off, to discuss our 2,500ft of floor space that needs to be done. We kept getting “we’ll be right with you…” for an hour and half. I just don’t have time to waste. They should hire more salespeople. One woman for the entire store. We will never be back.
