I wish I can give them a million star rating.
Been a customer for over 5 yrs and have never been dissatisfied customer.
Clean, accommodating courteous and above all caring.
I am more than a customer. I feel so welcomed when entering Sassy nail and in todays climate it is really tough to find a place that offers that kind of service (no shade)

Van was amazing. She took her time explaining all the different types of services I could have done with my nails. They came out looking AMAZING. They have an amazing color selection!
The pedicure was amazing as well!
Cleanliness: vacuum up their mess every couple of minutes

I called at 3:45 pm looking for an acrylic fill and asked if they had anything available for the afternoon. They asked me if I could come in right now. I live 5 minutes away and said that’d be perfect. I got there and no one was expecting me, and I sat for 45 minutes before just walking out…. If you’re busy just say that ?

I bring my 13 year old here a lot... They're great with her and can usually get very close to whatever she's looking for with her manicures n such. A bit expensive but reasonable and they give a cash discount.

It’s too bad. It’s a great price for nails but the minute you walk in the smell hits you. So overpowering all the gel chemicals. We had a 530 appt for a child. We walked out without even barely being acknowledged by 550. Went next door to Hyun Nails and got her in within a moments notice. The folks at Sassy were not friendly at all. I won’t go back again and I will deter anyone from going. Overall horrible experience.

Worked with Von and she’s absolutely brilliant!!! This was my second round of getting my eyebrows in shape. She takes her time to make sure that everything looks as I t should. More importantly she is very talented when it comes to creating something that looks natural and symmetrical. Fantastic workmanship!!!!!. .

Sassy Nail Salon is absolute ???!!! The customer service is top notch and the ladies know how to do nails. Whether you're just getting some regular shmegula nails like me or popping some crystals on those bad boys...they know how to do it all. The best thing about this salon is that no matter the challenge they are presented with, they never say no and always have the client's best interest at heart and that will always be a win in my book. Ask for Lani or Van!!! They are the OGs!!!

I've tried and rejected many salons in central CT. Sassy nails has been the best! I've now been going here for over 10 years, and they never disappoint!
