Took the extra time to explain an insurance code that couldn't be cleared in the system the same day, and was able to get me "cash" price on a prescription needed for inflammation before a surgical procedure.Thanks so much for all that your team does there. Soooo very thankful!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS CVS. If you have the choice go to ROCKVILLE PHARMACY, 42 Windsor Ave. I have been brought to tears more times than I'd like to admit by the blatant disregard for the service or care of their customers at this CVS. They do not seem concerned with their primary JOB which is providing care for the people of our community. My provider accidentally sent some of my prescriptions to a CVS in Danbury and the pharmacist here basically waved me off saying they were prescriptions for "narcotics" and that they couldn't be transferred here. First of all NO, they were NOT. One of the scripts was for a controlled substance but all the others were NOT. I straight up said "Okay, can someone please help me? I need my medication...they are not all controlled substances, please can you transfer the ones that are not??". I literally need my medication to live!!! They were totally unconcerned at all with helping me get my medication that I need to survive!! Eventually the PHARMACIST (who I thought had to go to school to learn about what was controlled or not, but I guess I knew that better than him!) conceded that yes, the one that I needed most desperately was NOT controlled and that they could transfer it here and have it for me in 15 minutes. I think the only reason he double checked at all was because he could hear the catching in my voice because I was about to burst into tears! This is not the first time at this CVS that a moment of care and consideration for their customers would have saved a lot of fear and effort on my part. They told me that I had to call the CVS in Danbury to transfer the medication. I asked if they could just call now and see if they could get the meds transferred and they refused!! Is that not their job?? I don't see how it is my job to call the other CVS pharmacy when I AM IN A CVS PHARMACY RIGHT NOW!! My experiences at ROCKVILLE PHARMACY have been phenomenal. I only had to get these prescriptions filled at CVS because of my insurance but after this experience I will be transferring all the rest of my prescriptions to ROCKVILLE PHARMACY. Rockville Pharmacy have called my insurance company for me, told me exactly the steps I needed to complete to get the medication I needed in a way that is most convenient for me. When they've been out of the right amount for a refill for me they've given me bottles of 4/5 pills to hold me over, just the absolute best, most considerate care for their community members. The pharmacy employees at CVS IN ROCKVILLE do not care about providing people with care. They are incompetent at their jobs which can cause HARM to their customers. Medicine's founding oath is FIRST, DO NO HARM. The CVS pharmacy in rockville has failed to comply with the most basic tenet of health care.

I can not say enough great things about this pharmacy. I am on a medication that no one has in inventory. I even called Bay State Hospital in Springfield Massachusetts hoping and praying that they could help me. You know, you think a Hospital will definitely have what you need. Nope!!One call to Rockville Pharmacy and my script was filled within 24 hours. No pun intended......you ROCK Rockville Pharmacy.Thank you

This is such a great pharmacy! They really work with you to get the medical supplies, medications and inoculations you might need. There is always a friendly face and helping hand, whatever a customer requires. Dr. Kaitlyn Wilhelm truly cares about her patients and will bend over backwards to aide them. Cheri, the receptionist, is always chipper and informative.In this day and age, chain pharmacies take the personal, warm, and professional touch out of medicine. Rockville Pharmacy helps to retain that charm of small, customer-focused businesses.

Since Dave, the pharmacist and manager left, there has been a significant decline in how the prescriptions are managed and processed. Frequently, I have to contact my insurance company in how they process their claims and this is very time consuming. Their lack of efficiency and accuracy is very concerning.As a follow-up, I noticed that shortly after posting my negative review, five 5 star reviews were added within 12 minutes.

They on their game! Medications ready by the time you get there..Compared to local PX often forget to fill even 24 hours later...Great mom and pop feeling, very clean ,modern but classic vtg PX Before the corporations got in the business..Bravo! May need to open more branches..YEAH THAT GOOD GUYS.!!!!!

Nice local pharmacy, often customer centric...parents customers for decades as I am in past two decades...and since its original drugstore that was Arthur's Drugstore. Rockville Pharmacy is modern with a historic and Pharmacy as a Service (PaaS) value foundation.

This pharmacy is fantastic, they deliver to your door your meds, and anything in the store. Which is a blessing for me, as my vehicle isn't running. Love the staff, and the pharmacists are very knowledgeable.

Got to visit the Rockville Pharmacy on Saturday, Jan 4th, for the first time since the moved. Glad to see friendly faces. Everyone was courteous and pleasant. Plenty of people working too. I find the Home Delivery service a BIG help especially when people CANT get out when they not felling well.
