I really wanted a piano and was about to impulsively get a free one on Facebook marketplace. I got several quotes for moving it, and because of the reviews of this company, I decided to email with specific questions to see if it was worth getting a free one vs finding one for sale. Rich emailed promptly and welcomed my questions and even offered to answer them more in depth in person at his workshop. We went and his expertise was so impressive! We learned so much, I am grateful I did not follow through with the free one, and my perfect piano happened to be there waiting for me! I did not feel pressured to buy it at all, but felt confident that it was the piano for me. He made sure it was in perfect condition before delivering it, and he and his team were so amazing moving it into my house as if it weighed nothing. I've had it for a couple of months now and feel like I got a great deal on a piano that brings me so much joy. I'm so happy I stumbled upon this company and decided to email. I will recommend them to anyone and will for sure be using them for any tuning and servicing.

Very smooth process! Rich was responsive in setting up a day/time to schedule the move and called when they were running just a few minutes late (an earlier job ran long). Movers were friendly & quick, and there was no damage to the piano or bench during the process. Pricing was fair and they were upfront in communicating cost beforehand. Would definitely recommend!

Highly recommended! We had a very old and heavy piano to be moved. They quoted me the lowest price by far. They showed up on time with blankets, ramps, and they knew what they were doing! The move was done very professionally. Not a scratch on the piano or stairs. Definitely a good decision to choose them!

If there were more stars, I would add as many as available. I cant rave enough about Rich and his team. They responded quickly and moved our 150 year old piano with the most care and professionalism!! An absolute joy to have dealt with and I will definitely have him back to help us repair and tune our beauty once we have it in the more permanent location. Rich is the best. I've used NUMEROUS piano movers in the past, work as a full-time professional piano tuner/technician, and can honestly say there is no one I trust MORE to move my or my customers' pianos.
He is meticulous in moving because he understands and has worked with pianos for years. His knowledge in pianocraft extends far beyond moving.

Rich and Malik were prompt, professional, and clearly skilled at moving pianos. My daughter noted how "calm and specific" their communication was, especially during the toughest maneuvers. I highly recommend using them.
