Why have I been going to Ray Seraphin Ford for over 25 years? I trust them. The service department is excellent with Craig as the manager. I trust they will do their best work, correcting any problems the car might have.(not making up problems other dealers have done....as my friends have told me.) Over all it's like being home.Everyone and I mean everyone from the guys who work on the cars, the repair office group, the people who handle the selling of the cars, to the ladies in the office....are the nicest people!! And I can pour a fresh cup of coffee, sit on the couch and read, watch TV or snooze. Lol I feel safe with this group!

I’ve never been so disappointed in this dealership before. I had work done a few years ago for a recall on my car without any issues. This time was a completely different story. I made an appointment for 3 recalls almost 3 weeks ago, no worries I get it, they’re probably busy and short on techs. The problem being I was supposed to have door latches changed on my car, said they would have to order them only AFTER I dropped my car off. Wouldn’t you have ordered them when I made the appointment? Oh well, minor issue. The biggest issue I have is being blonde and a female apparently. I get a call after dropping off my car that they can’t take the tire off and it would be $175 for new lug nuts. Not explaining anything just that they can’t get the 19mm socket on the lug nut because they’re “swollen”. Telling me that it’s from all the salt on the road. Asked if a 20mm could be placed on it so it could be removed and they didn’t like me questioning them. Wouldn’t let me get two words in before the receptionist said that she’d transfer me to the service manager. Asked him if I could just purchase the part and be reimbursed for it at this point because clearly they just don’t want to do it. Said “nope, can’t do that”. Told him then to stop working on my vehicle and I’d be back to pick it up. Would rather take it somewhere else where I could feel better about it being done right. Fun fact, the 19mm socket fit as you can see in the photo. If they didn’t want to do it just say so. Just beware if you’re younger, blonde, and female.P.S. take a 30 minute drive to Family Ford of Enfield. Took two days to get me an appointment, had no issues taking off the lug nuts, and BONUS they had the door latches in stock. I should’ve started out there, but now I know my new Ford Dealer.

I tried to schedule an oil change five separate times at the quick lane, and was rejected five times by a rude female with no customer service skills. Zero satisfaction. Worst service experience of my life and I am an old man. There is a culture of incompetence that is being ignored by management.

I have always had a great buying and service experience at Seraphin. Three cars all the way back to 1997. Service staff is always friendly and willing to talk through options.

In today's world of supply chain issues and labor challenges, Seraphin's service advisors shine - fitting you in wherever they can, having parts in stock others are lacking, they get you out the door and driving in a very efficient manner!!

Have to schedule an appointment 3 weeks away to have update of monitor. In the mean time you may or may not have use of your screen for radio, nav, heated seats etc. Took in and update was made so far seems like they made improvements and seems better. That's what I thought the last 4 times and only have had car almost 2 years now. Can't wait until I have to do this again NOT.

If you are looking for a new Ford, look no further than Ray Seraphin Ford. I have always been treated like family and they have always gone above and beyond to take care of my vehicle needs. Great Staff and a Great Dealership! I have purchased 7 vehicles from them, Alan, Bob (he's the man)ordered exactly what I wanted, Jason, Ed, and Craig. Outstanding team. The Service Dept is top notch as well.

They took care of my recall work. They could really use an upgrade to the customer service reception area.

My wife and I recently stopped by their Dealership to view some vehicles. They did not have any vehicles we were interested in at this time.Craig, our sales associate went out of his way to assist us. Would definitely return in the future to view their inventory.

Bought a 54K Bronco which was over MSRP (I learned later dealerships are not allowed-to sell over MSRP) and 2 weeks later ALAN called me up for more money saying they didn't charge enough on a fee after they promised all fees are covered regardless if they are over or under. Lastly if i dont pay this fee they wont give me my plates. Stay away from, very dishonest. They tried giving me almost 5K less for my trade in that i got from Car Max.

Sales experience was great, but post sale was not. You'd think paying thousands of dollars over sticker and spending nearly $100k on a truck would help them treat you a little more fair. Temp tag is weeks expired, I'm literally begging to reimburse them for my trade in that I couldn't produce a title for and they're not giving me my car back with no word on my plates. Very disappointed - I'd look elsewhere if you're in the market.

Tony was very helpful and honest. As A women you always get taken advantage of with car repairs. I like how Tony was if it's not broken no need to fix it. I appericate the honesty and will continue to service my car with Quick lane.

DO NOT RECOMMEND! Look at lynch Toyota or balise Toyota for reliable and honest cars. Recently bought a used car at ray seraphin ford. Within the first week, it broke down and needed to be towed after I was on the highway… it was terrifying. I believe that they knowingly sold us a car with transmission problems. They added a module to the car to “fix” the problem but the car keeps jumping and at this point will probably break down again. I have never had any issues with other dealerships. I recommend lynch Toyota in Manchester and balise Toyota in Massachusetts. I have bought numerous new cars at balise with excellent service and traded in a car for a used one at lynch Toyota and have never have a problem with it. I also had my cars serviced at lynch Toyota and they are transparent and fair. I only buy cars from dealerships because I thought that they at least have integrity. Not here at ray seraphin ford. Waiting for this car to keep breaking down while they have me for a car note. Please take your business elsewhere by learning from my mistake. Your time and wallet will thank you for it.
