Amazing staff! Very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend this Quest location over any other around.

The staff at the Vernon office is reasonably pleasant and professional. I feel they have been careful and caring when drawing blood. But, the system is broken. I scheduled an appointment yesterday and needed to cancel with no success. No matter what I did to try to cancel, even trying to recover with my email and phone number it would return that no appointment was found.Overall the Quest Diagnostics app, which retains all my previous results, is why I continue to use Quest.

I do NOT do well with getting my blood drawn. While I can mentally handle it, my body for some reason cannot. I tend to break out in a sweat instantly, become very shaky and pale, and in the past I have passed out. I haven't always had the best experiences with drawing blood. With that being said the staff here was FANTASTIC. I told them immediately that I don't do well and they made amazing accommodations for me. They had me reclined in a chair and provided me with multiple ice packs. The woman who drew my blood (SEVEN viles full) was chatting with me to keep me distracted. When she was done they let me lay there a bit to recover. I never felt judged or rushed and they handled me with care and grace. I'm so grateful.

We went to there for walking in at the last hour before they closed and were told without appointment we can’t do the test that day. There were another couple of people had the same case like us. We ended up failing of making an appointment by call and failing of making an appointment as a guest online in 30 minutes. Finally I created my account and made an appointment. All in one, make an appointment at first otherwise it’s waste of time!

The absolute worst medical "professionals" I've ever seen. The staff is so rude and absolutely clueless. I've had to have the same test done three times because they keep screwing up.

Once you get called in, it’s a great experience. People usually have a hard time finding my veins, but they got it right away. Took less than 5 minutes once called in to walking out. However, I did have to wait 30 minutes extra for a scheduled appointment, which isn’t ideal. But I’d rather wait that long, than be some place else where I’m more at risk for getting nauseous or passing out.

One of the staff came out to the waiting room and scolded the few of us sitting there that we should have made an appointment. She was not nice about it at all. Very rude. However, I was called in to get blood drawn less than a minute later and the woman who took my blood was very nice. Actual service was very good but if you take walk ins don't go out and scold people for not making an appointment.

Very rude/unprofessional employees. And not just one. Feels far removed from the medical field, as the standards for patient interaction are nonexistent. The atmosphere is that of a retail store supervised by apathetic teenagers. I have interacted with nice phlebotomists here in the past, but things have changed. Despite the convenience I will not be returning as most of the staff display clear annoyance when having to engage with non staff members.

This is the worst quest to go to, always chaotic and disorganized. The employees are rude and clearly don't want to be there. I have tried going multiple times and it has always been a horrible experience. It's worth to just travel to another quest that actually has their stuff together

Extremely rude employees (employee I should say). A man needed help scanning something on his phone, since there are no receptionists to help customers prior to entering. The woman came out very annoyed as if it was not her problem or responsibility to help him, then continued to get annoyed with him yelling at him to sit down before storming back into the office. The same woman took me into the room repeatedly telling me she could not take me without a driver's license despite me showing her my learners permit. I'm a minor so I don't have a driver's licence yet, how can they expect everyone coming in to have a licence. Very unhelpful and miserable employees, no customer service skills, this is my second experience with quest and both have been aweful. If you can avoid going here, do it.

While their phlebotomists are usually top notch, the business model is atrocious. The phone system sucks. Can't walk-in but can't make an appointment either. What a joke...

I walked in at 3:15 for a walk in and was turned away they said oh we aren't taking anymore people today. There was one guy who was a walk in and they took him but not me. I will never come here again! There is one nice lady here her name is Joyce ask to see her she is super nice and willing to help so I'm giving this place 2 stars instead of 1.

Maybe they should hire people that have a somewhat personality. Rudest people I have seen, did someone pee in their cereal? I will avoid all Quests at all costs!

The check in kiosks are atrocious! It shouldn't be this difficult for someone with a QR code to check in for an appointment in this day and age. The last two times after scanning my code and answering the prompts I would get an error saying to ask for help from the staff. Easier said than done since there is now no front desk.
