Excellent place. I've been going here for years. The schedule sessions, and easy check in are great. All the staff are skilled so much better than others at drawing blood, etc.. staff are always very friendly.

Nasty staff that is clearly annoyed at being at work. Did a walk in appointment, knowing we would have a wait. After sitting for 3 HOURS staff came out and said “we probably won’t see you at all today but you can sit another 3 hours and then go home”. What on earth!?

The lady flat out lied to me and another waiting customer. My doctor was supposed to fax in the paperwork but it was not there. Somehow Quest never receives the paperwork. I had it on my phone but the lady said I had to go print it. I did and got back well before closing time. I waited in the waiting room for 10 minutes with another customer and a minute after closing the worker came out and said they were closed. We both said we had been waiting, her for about 20 minutes and me for 10. The worker stumbled over her words as she said she looked out in the room before closing time, but she didn't. Obviously she waited in the office until closing time then came out. I do not appreciate this lie.

Dont bother! They only want to do the bare minimum of their job and have no care whatsoever about leaving an elderly woman in pain for 2 hours in the waiting room simply because shes a walk in. This happened 2 days in a row and no they werent understaffed or overbooked. They refuse to take walkins because it takes away from their 5 minute break in between appointments. In the meantime, people who cant get blood work done have to delay important doctors appointments and risk their health.

The staff are very rude and arrogant. I had come in as a walk in. They could told me nicely, but the lady was shouting and yelling at the patients. I made appointment for the next day and the staff were late in calling me inside by 10 minutes. I had to take time off two times from work and I will never recommend this lab to anyone. They treat people worst than animals!!

The phlebotomist that took care of me was very efficient and gentle given that Ihavepoor quality veins. The service was prompt to my appointment time and the location convenient for me.
