Had such a great experience at M&T bank in Vernon this morning. Shannon Toccaline went above and beyond for me. I went here to ask a few questions and maybe set up an account, I wasn’t in the best mood because I had just came from a completely different bank that was rude to work with. Shannon completely changed my day around. She was so sweet, helpful and organized. She answered any questions I had and helped me set up my new accounts in just a few minutes. I’m definitely glad I switched to this bank now and I just wanted to take time to recognize her because that customer service can be hard to come by now a days and because I really did appreciate her making my stressful day simple.

It seems they're unaware of how unclear their process is. They provide solutions to the best of their ability but it would be great if they could work on being more understanding to their clients. Moving elsewhere, did not enjoy my experience.

After trying to get through three timed with no one answering I finally got through to someone. I put a check in the night drop in the morning. It wasn’t posted. I got a snarky gal whoBasically counseled me to bring it in next time!!!!Wow. Can’t anyone doTheir job correctly?

Great staff, very helpful, and great customer service. But customer volume is far too high after consolidating the tri-city and Stop & Shop branches. Also, the hours are shorter now, which is compressing foot traffic volume per hour. Not sure I've seen a line out the door at a bank before.

Since moving from the closed Tri City Plaza branch (which was outstanding) this location appears to be constantly understaffed for the business it does and as a result provides painfully slow service.
