This was my first visit to MyEyeDr and it was AWESOME!
I arrived 10 minutes before my appt. and was greeted as soon as I walked through the door. I was checked in within a minute and already sitting in the waiting area. In less than 5 minutes Paige (i believe that was her name-sorry if I am wrong) brought me to a room to get more information from me as well as running some eye tests-she was awesome as well! After this she brought me to an exam room where I waited less than 3 minutes for Dr. Steciak who was friendly and caring and thorough. He took the time to listen as well as explaining things in layman's terms about my eye health. After the exam he then took me out front to the woman who initially greeted me when I entered (so sorry I am drawing a blank on her name) as she was VERY personable as well! She went over the charges for my appointment as well as what my contact costs would be. I also received a FREE pair of sunglasses-WINNING!
I am so pleased with the service I received from the beginning to the end of my appointment-EVERYONE was super friendly and courteous-I could not ask for anything more.
Kudos to Dr Steciak And The Entire Staff! Keep Up The GREAT Work!

Just had a terrible experience with the front desk lady, she put me on hold rudely and then told me she didn’t need to give me a reason for putting me on hold when I called back. Then told me she was going to send me to some else to deal with me. Are these the people you are so proud to employ? You’re so proud of your customer service yet they don’t have any decency to explain their actions in a kindly manner. Keep her around if you want to lose more customers ?

My son had an eye exam at school and they prescribed and ordered him glasses. We had just moved to the area and didn’t quite feel comfortable having him wear them without being involved in the process. We needed a new eye doctor so this was our first visit here. My 9 year old saw Dr. Matt he was fabulous with him. We determined he did not need such a high prescription and we bought him different ones. Everyone to the front desk and opticians were nice. It was a great experience. I scheduled the rest of the family with him this month.

Nicole was not very nice when we were waiting for someone to help. No one came to help or greet when I walked in and after a few minutes of waiting, Nicole asks from her desk if we had an appointment and that everyone's busy. Her tone wasn't good and it came off rude and snarky. When I asked how long it could be, she goes a few minutes. We're all with patients here and rolled her eyes. Unacceptable behavior and terrible customer service.

Incompetence at the highest level. Received a email telling me my appointment was too early to claim insurance and reschedule to get $50 gift card. This was the day before my appointment I made two weeks ago, I had to ask to take time off work unpaid. I rescheduled for January 2024 in two weeks.My insurance pays 100% as of Dec 16 one year after my last appointment there, the email tells me 1st of January 2024.I called office and they started telling me I didn’t know my insurance or benefits, lol, idiots, same insurance same benefits for 20+ yrs. I know what my coverage is. Then they put me on hold and never picked back up after 10 minutes. BBB getting a reportBeware of horrible service

I haven’t been tot he eye doctor in many years (far longer than I should’ve waited). I was really unhappy with the last couple of places that I went to, so I kept putting it off….I realized I was having trouble seeing close as well as seeing far. I decided I needed to go get an exam. My pcp told me she went there, so I booked an appointment. Booking a slot was a piece of cake. There were multiple providers to choose from. I selected Matt, because he had a slot open towards the end of the day, when I had time.A few days before, a man named Paul called to get all of my insurance info to make sure I didn’t have to take care of that during my appointment.I walked in and the place was very clean and modern. Everyone was very courteous and seemed happy (which means they must have good management).A very nice woman gave me a case for my contact lenses and did the pre exam with me. Then Matt came in and introduced himself as Matt. Very nice guy, and listened to my concerns. He gave me different options for contact lenses based on what my insurance would cover. The exam didn’t take long at all. We decided that translations glasses, and contact lenses with cheaters for reading would be my best options.When the exam was over, Matt brought me out to the lobby and introduced me to a woman with long hair (I didn’t get her name). She ordered me the contact lenses I needed and assisted me in getting glasses. She explained how the transitions would be different and how I would need to look through them to get the best results.A few days later I got a text message telling me my eyewear was in and to stop by anytime to pick them up.I showed up without an appointment and was given my eyewear quickly. The woman with long hair also had me try on my glasses and showed me how to use the new transitions…I’ve been wearing glasses and contact lenses for over 30 years. I’ve never had a pair of glasses that I really thought looked good on me (I’m tall, dorky, and bald, so there isn’t a lot that goes well with that combo). However, this is probably the first time where I’m happy with a pair of glasses on my head. Perhaps I won’t keep these in a drawer like all of my past pairs of glasses and will actually wear these.
