For personal service or to speak with someone this bank is terrible. I am going to actually change where I do my banking as I cannot endure the "no one there" status.

ATMs work less than half the time and cannot be counted on. No signs are ever put up notifying customers that they are out of order. Terrible customer service.

We've has to deal with this location for a few different things like opening new accounts or merging and certified checks, everyone is so nice and friendly and super helpful.

This bank is awful. The employees are rotten and do their best to ignore customers. Only 2 women that work there can I say are fabulous and understand customer service and how to treat people. They are genuinely good people -Sam and Maria. As for the rest, they all act as though they are better than you, they act like you are bothering them and have no understanding of serving their customers. I have been going here for my business going on 3 years now and if I see any other teller besides the two I stated they won't help me. It's too much work for them to get change-coin or bills so they will just deny me every time. They come up with excuses or they make me wait because they're too bothered to do their job. It's pathetic. I hope the managers take note of their behavior and stop them from ruining the business and the Bank of America name. There are rarely ever more than 2 tellers but a ton of others standing around not helping at all. Again, all unfriendly and uninviting. I was considering joining this bank due to the convenience of location but I can say I would rather drive ANYWHERE else than deal with these nasty employees. Wish I could give 0 stars.

No staff, like ever, at any branch! Always working on a skeleton crew teller staff...funny there's always plenty of staff sitting at desks though.. seems to me that Bank of America wants you to invest through them, bank with them, open up accounts etc. but when you need to go in and do banking there's no staff to help you.

I found a bank of america debit card this morning while walking my dog. Trying to report it was a nightmare. Trying to actually talk to someone was difficult. After having system problems and getting disconnected again. Having to continue to fight with the automated system I realized I never will bank there. How can a bank make it so hard to be honest?

This review is from our visit two weeks ago- Carol was fantastic. She went above and beyond, she greeted us warmly and remembered us even thought she had only met us once before, did not keep us waiting despite being busy, was very efficient, and was kind enough to accommodate our requests for additional paperwork. It was actually a pleasure to stop by the bank on a Saturday.

A-OK for Bank of America's decision to install and maintain an ATM Island at the edge of their parking lot allowing customers to bank without the hassle of going inside the bank or getting in the drive thru line it's the perfect solution to make a quick deposit or grab some quick cash.
