I had broken down on my way home during a 2500 mile road trip to look a college campuses with my daughter. Searched the AAA listings in the area and found Moore's Auto to have a good rating, so I took the chance and had my car towed there. Spent the night nearby, since the shop was closed at night (Thursday). Was pleased that it looked like a nice, clean place the next day, and I was greeted cordially but told that they probably wouldn't be able to look at the car right away, but I did get a call on Tuesday, saying that they found the trouble and could get it fixed by the end of the day. Since I live more than an hour away, I picked up my car on Wednesday. Turned out that the top of one of the spark plugs was falling apart and the other spark plugs needed replacing also. (They were the original plugs.) Cleaned the combustion chambers of deposits, as well as cleaning the fuel system, throttle valves, and air induction system. Was very pleased with their service, which certainly seemed reasonable and fully explained. Would not hesitate to use them again, if I ever break down again in the area!

Great honest service! We’re from out of state and had an unexpected issue along the way. We fortunately stopped at Moore’s. They offered a quick fix and without charge knowing we didn’t have much time. Thank you Moore’s!

I'm not sure what happened, but I got a very cold reception from Dave after driving nearly 45 minutes to look at vehicles. I asked if he had a schedule of what vehicles he currently was offering and was told that it was online (my wife looked, and she found that the inventory wasn't current). He also pointed and stated that they were "out there"--meaning, I could peruse for myself. I asked him what time they closed for the day (wondering if he was looking to leave early and I was interfering with that expectation), and although we got there later than I wanted, we still had about 45 minutes to at least start the conversation and go over some basics--even if I had to return another day. I've never experienced something like this--especially when ready to put money down for something (especially a large purchase), and I'm bewildered. I left disgusted as I was really hoping to eventually partner with Moore's and make a purchase.

I bought a vehicle from Moore's 7 months ago and totally forgot to a do a review! Anyways, purchasing this vehicle was extremely easy and Dave, my salesman was awesome! Recently had my vehicle break down, conveniently right in front of their repair facility. They were kind enough to take my vehicle in to diagnose the issue half an hour before closing time. I ended up have the rear brakes fail on me. Even though I overheard one of the employees on the phone say that they were booked until the end of of the August, within 24hrs I had my vehicle back. While this facility is not the normal shop I usually go to, I wouldn't hesitate to return here if I had to.Service: Auto brake repair

Moore's has been my "go to" service shop since I first learned about them almost 2 decades ago. Professional service, timely follow-ups, and straight pricing (and willing to work with you if necessary), are their staples. I rarely give 5 stars, but they deserve every one of them. The staff is awesome & the work, above reproach. ??
