Good food, friendly service. Loved the choices. Didn't like the brown rice and they were out of white rice. Will try again and that may increase the rating.

Went to get some rice for dinner. Went to order just a small bowl of rice. The first person I talked with stated $2 for some rice, I said no problem. After waiting through the line the manager stated that it would be a veggie bowl price for 12.49. I was appalled by the change in price and how it was over 12 dollars for 3 scoops of rice! It felt so money hungry for a simple 100 grains of rice. I would not go back to this location and am staying away from Moe’s in general due to this interaction. I do not recommend.

Dinner with the family on a fundraiser night. Great service. I love to have imput on the creation of my food. Burrito was delicious and hot. Fair price.

Paid over $50 for food that was disgusting. The man making the food almost made me feel like I was bothering him. No wonder it's usually dead, Chipotle is way better.

I was struggling with the app to get my discount when the manager pulled out his phone to show me how to work it. He was not logged into his app so he couldn’t show me. 3 minutes later as I was getting my soda across the restaurant he found me with his app fully loaded and showed the mistake I made in a polite and kind manner. The fact that he went out of his way to help me out for future visits was very kind, you just don’t see that kind of quality service anymore. I went on 1/18/24

The employee that made my food got an attitude with me because he made the order wrong and it was addressed . This is the worst service I’ve had at this location .

Store Manager is very rude and some employees are disrespectful the place is very dirty including grills trash is always full I will never eat there again place needs new

The food was great and everything.But they couldn’t break a hundred yet they get tons of people.Every store or restraunt I’ve been into they have a safe bag that they can use to break hundreds.If that’s all a customer has to pay then it should be made an exception because they would be wasting food.

Came in with a friend to get food to dine in. They gave both of us the wrong order to dine in. Luckily my friend’s order was given to me, but for a person with food allergies I am concerned with their lack of attention to detail to what stacks each person ordered. When I went up to ask for them to remake my correct order, I was told to wait at the end of a 20+ minute line. I wouldn’t want this to deter others from coming here but I would like management to see this and advise their employees that if an order is made wrong, they should not need to go back to the end of the line.

Oof, I wish I went elsewhere today.I'm not sure if Moe's has lowered ingredient quality or if there was just lax execution at this location today. My order was very disappointing. The burrito immediately started falling apart, and only halfway through, three bites were painful due to bone and/or extremely tough tendons in the adobo chicken. Third photo includes all the inedible chicken so far only halfway through.

Used to order frequently for lunch or dinner, past few times i had to ask for a refund; order was wrong, missing items, or made incredibly inconsistently with previous orders. must be lack of training or neglecting to check orders before they go out.

Let me start by saying I have been going to this Moe's for over 10 years. My 16 year old who has Celiac's accidentally drank out a cup that I paid for Soda that he filled with water. After spending 28.00 dollars. I went to the counter and asked for another cup and was told to pay for the cup. This place is a disgrace and a money grab. They do not care about their customers. Never again. Management could care less and employees just as worse. With business's failing in this economy they need to learn how to treat their customers rather then losing 20 cents on a paper cup. No thank you.
