“I bought a phone about 5 weeks ago a TCL phone I've had good luck with it so far the customer service was good and no complaints so far hopefully I don't have any I also wanted to mention I went to pay my first bill and I got there right at closing time and he stayed 10 or 15 min past closing time so I could pay the bill which I appreciate it thxs again Steve h”

I'm not one to get a new phone all the time, but with my old phone trade-in, my cost was minimal. And I didn't end up with yet another phone lying around my house. The help ea gave to me was understandable and easy to grasp. it wasn’t easy for me to go from a 3rd gen iphone to an iphone 12, it actually was quite confusing. But w/great patience and knowledge (way more than the Apple store itself) i actually understand it!

“Traveled 45 minutes to get to store. I was told that due to a tiny Crack, my device was no longer under warranty. Came back with a replacement device and they were so pleasant that they was able to transfer all data from old device to new as well as recover the email address that was on the device. The two service techs that I worked with were extremely pleasant and very helpful.”
