Great time purchasing my new 2024 Kona N Line with Phil. Great service, no pressure and truly a great salesman! The whole experience was met with my expectations and the entire team made that a great experience. I was impressed by the Finance representative who assisted (great person and excellent personality) down to the delivery of the vehicle and the time Phil took to go over all the features and making sure I understood.... couldn't ask for a better experience! Thanks guys for following up and doing a great job!!!

We found a car that we were interested in online, made an appointment to see it that afternoon and bought it that evening! Our sales guy Phil Bergeron and everyone we met with at Key was great, friendly, helpful and low pressure, unless offering us a deal too good to pass up qualifies as pressure. We did compare another car and their offer didn’t come close to Key’s. We’re very happy with our experience and love our new car!

I purchased a new Tuscon Hybrid over the weekend. Kayla was super patient and helpful with answering our many questions. The dealership was very busy that day, and I could tell how stressful it was for everyone. She handled it with grace. She also knew my birthday was in a couple days, so she tied a "happy birthday" balloon to my new car before I drove it off! Thank you Kayla and Key Hyundai for your always exceptional service.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Mohammad Ammar was great to deal with, he even has a sense of humor, to the manager Yousif. Having bought MANY vehicles over the years, I can honestly say I had fun with both of these people, and got a great vehicle in the process. As with everything, do your research.

i had searched many dealerships for my next car. Having a medical condition makes finding the perfect car difficult. when I met Kane at Key Hyundai of Manchester , I knew I found the right place. he is very knowledgeable of vehicles and he listens to his customers. it wasn't long before he brought me to the car I needed and wanted. Kane is not just a salesman, he makes you feel like family because he genuinely cares. unlike many sales people I have met these past two months. They only cared about the sale. I would highly recommend meeting Kane at Key Hyundai of Manchester for your next car purchase. you will be very happy you did. thank you Kane for assisting a very difficult customer lol. 10 stars for Kane

This place was excellent! If you are looking for a car at this dealership, ask for Michelle! She is very personable and a lot of fun to work with. As I was purchasing my first car, Michelle made this a great experience for me, she never pushed me into purchasing my car, but talked to me about all of my options. Communication was above and beyond, Michelle made sure I had updates along the way, even when my car had things replaced and fixed. She helped me make my final decision easy and stress free. She was the perfect car dealer to help me in purchasing my first car! Shelby in financing was kind and was able to explain everything to me and answer any questions! The experience went smoothly and effortlessly. Thank you so much Michelle for helping me find my dream car!

Let’s first say that this dealership was the best. From the owner Jill Merriam to the service department to finance department; everyone was focused on delivering fantastic customer service for their Hyundai buyers. Today, that all changes. I’ve learned that Jill is no longer associated with this business and it shows. I’ve had three indescribably horrible customer service experiences and after this morning, we will never ever recommend Key Hyundai and they will never ever touch our car again. All this over a ‘clockspring.’ Take my advice and go somewhere else before they try and sneak in the huge diagnosis fee. You have been warned. I literally had to ask for my keys back to leave the dealership.

I was recently involved in an accident where a hit and run driver totaled my car. I was not at all prepared to buy a car and was dreading what I was going to end up with. I was not in the position I would normally want to be in before making a purchase like this and had a ton of anxiety leading up to it.My experience with Key Hyundai could not have been better. The team there took what I was able to afford and found me a car that was even better than the one that had just been destroyed. Mike found me a car that I was happy to be driving, and Shelby made sure the Financials worked for me.I was in a bad situation and left Key Hyundai feeling so much relief. Everyone was very patient with me and reassured me that I could get a good car, and then followed through on it.The next time I buy a car I will absolutely be going back to Key Hyundai. Because I left with such a good car, that will probably be quite a few years away. Hopefully other people read this review and go to Key for their car buying needs!

CORPORATE HYUNDAI PLEASE READ!!!!!!***update***Updated review, please read!!I got my first phone call from Yousif shortly after posting my previous review. Two weeks of zero communication while my car was there and now a call back…Why now?The only purpose of his call was to pressure me and demand that I edit my review because although true, he took it personal.He should absolutely take it personal, my review is a direct and accurate explanation of my experience with him and Key Hyundai, like it or not it’s the truth. And no, you cannot simply push me around with your threats. I will not take it.After two weeks, upon delivery of the car, we were given 3 FREE oil changes due to the lack of communication and customer service (see photo).Great, thank you!However, I was told by Yousif that neither himself or Key Hyundai will honor the oil changes unless I edit my review.That’s unfortunate.To Mr. Yousif and the Key Hyundai Management team:Someone should take a hard look on how you conduct your business, more importantly, how you speak to and treat people and have zero ownership and accountability for your lack of attention and simple communication. You cannot argue with the truth.You may keep your oil changes, I don’t want or need them. I will not be pressured or threatened like this. Nor should anyone else.I hope you learn from this experience as I know I did for sure. Do not try to throw your weight around as a “manager” and demand that I edit my review. Try it on the next person, not me.Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Take the good with the bad my friends and learn from it.Or not.

Called twice to verify car in stock for test drive. Drove over an hour to sit in lobby for 30 min only to be told "we have something similar." If you can't be honest about the car I want why would I buy anything at all ever from your dealership? Untrustworthy and poor business practices.

Bought a used CRV on a Saturday 7/31 for my daughters 16 birthday. Test drove it . Clearly needed brakes and alignment as I drove it. Classic line that will be taken care of once car goes through the shop??!! Gave them down payment and signed all the paperwork including the finance paperwork. Scheduled pick up for the following Friday as my daughter was coming home from camp. Added the car to my insurance and sent the dealer the binder and new insurance card. Called them 4 times during the week to confirm pick up. Not one return call!! Got a text message sat am 8/5 to call the dealer. I called and they told me the CRV is no good !! Needs a transmission and has excessive rust and not safe for my daughter to drive??!! Total TRASH!! That's so side of the road wholesale trash business!! Don't put the damn car up for sale and take people's money and waste their time if the car isn't safe! I should have read the reviews before I went there!Trash business practice!!

My car required a new starter last week and while there, I casually mentioned that my horn wasn't working. Marisa explained that there was a recall on the 'clockspring' and that I should have it looked at as it's covered under an extended warranty. I agreed to make an appointment as long as I'm not responsible for any charges whatsoever. This morning when I arrive at my 7:30am appointment, the service department wants me to agree to pay for a 'service fee' if it isn't the 'clockspring' and I was visibly upset and disappointed and refused. Feels like a 'bait' and 'switch' to me. I learned that Jill Merriam is no longer associated with this dealership and their customer service has drastically gone down hill. Key Hyundai is the only mechanics to touch our car and today, I've made the decision that they will never ever touch my car again and you should consider this a warning for you too.
