Honestly, not a very pleasant experience. I did not feel welcome by the workers at the front counter. I've shopped there a few times and never felt welcome. It's almost like you're a complete burden to some of the workers. Terrible customer service and a very unpleasant vibe.

Wow...what a rude lady at the counter where you bring things in. I’d like to say perhaps she had a bad day however this is the second time I’ve encountered her. No hello, no conversation at all. When I asked if she was finished with my container of items that were on the counter she responded “well that’s why it’s there”... perhaps she needs Thursdays off!!! I will no longer be a patron.

Stopped bringing items to sell a few years back because a couple of items got lost or stolen and was told nothing they would do about it. Attempted to try them again, just this past few months and was SHOCKED with the amount I made selling 7 pairs of practically Brand new/excellent condition boots, not to mention 3 pairs of those boots were Authentic Muk Luk boots and no way inexpensive in price. Brought 3 coats as well that they decided not to take, but rather then contact me so I could pick them up and possibly sell elsewhere (with it being christmas season) they failed to let me know of this until I went back 2 months later (consignment deadline) Yeah. rather a rude awakening as to why I stopped going there and never will again. From day forth I will/suggest tag sale sites or consignment that pays up front so I have the option to say yay or nay. This consignment shop gets a good chunk in percentage of your sales and could have done better going alternate root.

walked into the Vernon store while waiting for my daughter who had an appointment across the street. Loved the shop, selected a few items and said I would be back with my daughter. I had bought a CD and put it in to play while driving across the street from the store and it was not the correct CD. I went back to let them know and to select another CD. Maureen was wonderful, but she had to ask Gina. Gina acted as if I went out and switched CD's in my car! She was rude, disrespectful and just awful. I was ready to go "shopping" but I will never step foot in there again.
