Very overrated, the lady who did the haircut couldn’t understand what I wanted. In fact she corrected me on what I exactly wanted for my kid. End result the haircut was crappy and bad. My kid is worried that he might be made fun of in school. What a waste of $25! Will never go back again.

I called and made an appointment for 1pm. I arrived 5 minutes early and the receptionist told me I just needed to wait for a few minutes. Twenty five minutes later, I was still waiting. I had to leave without getting a haircut, because I would have been late to an appointment.

Just went here for the first time to get a haircut before my friend’s wedding and it’s one of the best haircuts I’ve ever had!
My stylist, Zena, was super friendly and a joy to speak with—I intend on going back to her in the future and recommend her for men’s haircuts.

Very Bad experience just give good service to appointment makers I walked in she sent me a person who doesn't know how to do hair cut she messed up my hairs didn't listen to me didn't give me time to clearly tell her how I wanted she was just rushing on me she left the hair on my neck behind very very worse experience I paid $ 25 + $ 2 tip I found out when i come back home my hairs got messed up my neck isn't shave at all very unprofessional people working I will also let my social network know about this experience with your salon

See Mandy! Been seeing her for about a year now for all different kinds of hair cuts and color. I’ve been all over CT and she’s the one I’ve been sticking with due to her experience and knowledge and warm personality. You will not walk out of there disappointed because she tells you honestly what works for your face structure, what will match your personality, and will align with your vision. And that in depth knowledge is hard to find.

Don’t waste your time and or money here. I was a client of 17+ years and used to go here often but after yesterday’s horrible experience I will not be going there anymore. They can’t even do a blow out style after saying they could. Gave me some old lady, Lisa, who barely touched my scalp while washing my hair then literally blow dried hair like how you would after a shower quickly just to dry the hair. When I said this is not what I asked for she offered to straighten my hair. I refused as I wantwd a blow out style with my several layers. Lisa did not even apologize neither offered a discount since I never received the service or satisfaction I was expecting. This place is trash. The only person id recommend for color would be Amanda but thats cause she is talented.

Alyssa, one of the hairstylists at Cut to the Chase, does an amazing job with my hair. I haven’t been this happy with a haircut before. Additionally, the price is very reasonable. Needless to say, I come here regularly now!
