I called this morning to see how long it would take to get an oil change and inspection done and if they could do it right away if I couldn't drop off the car. I made an appointment for 3pm and got there right on time. I was told it would take 1hr to 1.5 hrs to perform this. I was shown the details of my service I was supposed to receive and the price and I told them I had a 15% discount.
Even with an appointment my car was not taken in until 3:30 pm and then I got a call 35 minutes later saying it was completed when I was told before that it would take much longer since it was a oil change and an inspection and that takes time since they have to look at everything. At this point I had to get a ride home to make my meeting which I would have made if they took me at my appointment time.
When I came back to pick up the car they had not put in my discount so I had to request it again. They also did not rotate my tires which was part of the service I paid for! If they took money from me for something they didn't do ; it makes me ponder if they ever even did the oil change.
Please be cautious when you go here as I will never return.
Hopefully my experience can help others stay safe.

I never thought getting my tires rotated could be such an enjoyable experience! Super friendly, diverse team, walk in/quick appts (even for Teslas!)... will definitely be going back for future services. Shout out to Katie, Anthony & Amanda for A+ customer service

I have been going to Goodyear for years, however needed to share a recent example of the amazing service Tony and his team provided me this holiday season.My son was home from college with a car that needed attention. Given the busy week that included Thanksgiving, I was concerned it would be done in time. a million and ten things still to do, I still needed to get the emissions updated etc. Tony assured me they would get it taken care of.As promised it was done in plenty of time with emissions testing DONE and as always, I am comfortable with knowing that what is being suggested for the car is what is needed and that there is no push for unnecessary services.A great team and a trusted environment to have all your car maintenance needs taken care of. Highly recommend!

Great Service. I had a nail in my tire and needed quick service because I was heading to Vermont for Thanksgiving. Roxher took my car right in, fixed the issue, and I was on my way. Thank you.

ZERO STARS - Awful experience. I waited an hour and a half to be told they can not patch my tire and instead needed to purchase all new tires. They then backed that statement up to needing to only replace one tire. However, the nail was directly in the middle (not on the side) and a different auto service put on a patch with no issues. I am a young women and they tried to take advantage of me being desperate and my lack of knowledge. I felt exploited as they tried to have me spend over $1,000 on all new tires. Will not be going back.

Amazing staff helped me in a pinch on the fly so I could get back to New Jersey. Katie at the desk and the techs all made sure I felt like I was in the loop and felt taken care of. Would definitely recommend it.

Wish I could give a 0 star. My husband walked in after dropping his car off the night before to replace his tire. Tony, the manager, made unnecessary repairs to the car that did not get approved by either me nor my husband. Tony proceeded to laugh at my husband after only offering him a $10 discount for work THAT WASN'T AUTHORIZED.Tony very obviously lied to his staff about these repairs as they were made unaware they weren't supposed to be done.Tony also made a comment about my husband's car saying to "junk it"Never coming back and advise others to beware of these scammers.Update: Check engine light is on now when it wasn't before.

My car was showing low tire pressure. I stopped to have it checked. I didn't have to wait at all, and a young man checked and filled all my tires. Took less than 5 minutes. You can't get this service anywhere! Kudos to Goodyear!!
