They're stupid as hell. I scheduled an appointment over 2 weeks ago. Drove my car an hour to get fixed and I walk in for my appointment on time. And they tell me I have no appointment so i can go home. How would i not have an appointment if they told me they have a slot open, asked my name and told me a general price. They have horrible customer service and I would never recommend anyone to go here. They have no clue how to do anything if they can't even make a simple appointment.

Owner seemed very nice but in the end most awful experiences with this place.
Brought my pilot in because I heard contact on tire when wheel turned, they “didn’t see anything wrong” then I get home and heard the noise again so I turn the wheel fully and look myself, tire rod end is touching my wheel completely detached on one end. He made it right by not charging me for the repair when I brought it to his attention and used the parts I had purchased elsewhere.
Fast forward a month or so, I bring it in to get my brakes done, I bring pads and routers with me. I leave after work is completed and it is brakes squeal, I was told just give it some time to break in, it continues for months, now I brought it to another place and they asked if I even had the routers replaced because it only looks like pads were. Because they are warped with heat spots… so I’m guessing they only replaced my pads and who knows where my routers that I purchased went. I am a single mother with 3 young kids, now I have to pay $1,000 to have proper brakes because I don’t trust Farmcare to make it right anymore.
The tears I’ve shed over this situation, but I truly felt the owner was honorable but now idk. ??
Id also like to add I specifically asked if they take Synchrony Car credit card and was told yes by the front desk lady yes, only when it was time to pay to be told I guess we don’t. I emphasized to her before that’d be the only way I could pay. I had to use money needed for bills/groceries to pay because they told me false information. They didn’t seem compassionate either just staring at me waiting for other form of payment.
Just not how you treat your customers.

Mike was extremely helpful when I had bald tires and needed new ones good prices
I recently went back Tuesday 7/16/24 my engine light came on. They were extremely friendly and fixed it that day I had made an appointment. The employees are extremely friendly and very helpful. I would highly recommend them to anybody.
