I never go to a car wash. Always do it by hand. Unfortunately, I have been so busy I just said, "Let me go here and get it done."
Well, never again, first time here....BTW.
The staff were friendly and answered all my questions. My car was cleaned, but not rinsed well and very spotty from the soap and water spots.
I will say it was mot cheap either.

Tough to give a great review when they will not cancel the monthly fee and then pro rate after I noticed the charge go though. They are not the only game in town and quite rude on the phone.

SCRATCHES PAINT!!!!
My brand new car with less than 4000 miles had visible scratches on both sides of the car. It a was a rainy mist day so I didn't notice the damage until next day when car was dry. I've been going to this car wash since it opened as economy car wash with no issues. Economy was always cleaning and maintaining the wash tunnel. Ever since Flash took over there's always a brush broken and the tunnel is never cleaned. Also, there's been a noticeable turn over of long term enployees. That speaks volumes. Flash only cares about squeezing the bottom line. DON'T GO HERE UNLESS YOU LIKE YOUR PAINT DAMAGED. And yes many reviews complain about dirty rims. I complained about that and was told the brushes only reach so far on the rims. Basically Simoniz Wheel Brite is useless. Glad to hear a new car wash will be going in across from the ford dealer just down the road.

I had a monthly membership at this car wash and went there frequently. I started to notice that there were scratches on my car. The last time I went there, I noticed that there were more scratches on my car and addressed it with Evan and he tried to buff a couple of them out, to no avail. On two separate occasions, the grill on my car got snatched off as well. I went back to get a document from Evan stating that there were scratches on my car and about my grill. The first document he gave me didn't mention the grill getting snatched off so I told him that he needed to revise it and he didn't want to do it stating that it was only about the scratches. I said my grill was retrieved twice inside the car wash and that it is part of my car that was damaged. He revised it with inaccuracies. I am very dissatisfied and will be filing a complaint with the BBB. I feel like he was trying to make it my fault, and he made me feel like I didn't know what I was talking about because I'm a woman!! ALSO I just had a new paint job two and a half years ago. I just had a new bumper put on my car less than six months ago and there are scratches on that too! I asked him for the number to corporate and he told me there was no corporate and he didn't know the number! Every legit business has a corporate office and number, so once again he tried to play on my intelligence. Thank goodness for Google and the internet.

PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE! If you have a nice modern car. I took my 2023 Mercedes and unfortunately the wipers went on. Like any modern car they are automatic. I explained this to the staff and was asked to wait to fill out a paper work to get refunded after I buy new ones. I wasted almost 20 minutes doing so. Unfortunately the next day I came back with the receipts and form they made me fill out for them to tell me they are not going to give me the money back. I honestly was very disappointed not only because I was lied to but also because the staff that was there was beyond rude and disrespectful. Insulting my intelligence like if I didn’t know what happened or what I was doing. He was kinda tall light skin and skinny. I understand I should have make sure that the wipers were off. However I thought since this was a big business and we pay monthly membership which is not cheap, there would be some type of liability or insurance that can protect us costumers from this type of situations. I had to also waste over an hour of my time arguing with this guy over and over again the situation. Which like I said was very rude and kept laughing in my face like if I was a joke. He finally agreed to only reimbursed me half of what I spent but the horrible experience he made me go through was very unnecessary. I immediately made sure my membership was canceled and I’m trying to warm all my friends and community to not go here since they basically don’t care about their costumers at all.
